International festival-competition of children's and youthful creativity

"Empire of stars"

Place and date:

from 18 to 23 September (inclusive) 2012. Ukraine, Crimea Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Alushta, the Children's recovery and rest camp "Cypress" (trans. Red Army, 9).

The International Festival-Competition «Empire of stars» are conducted:

• competitions,

• master classes,

• creative meetings,

• outreach activities at the concert locations around the city.

The objectives of the festival:

• Support and development of children and teenagers in Ukraine and abroad;

• Identification of high-quality growth choreography, singing and circus skills of gifted children and youth

• Promoting and sharing groups and performers from Ukraine and other countries near and far abroad;

• Identification of new talented young creative writers, artists and collectives.

• Creating the conditions for realizing their creative potential.

• Development and strengthening of professional and cultural ties between the creative teams of Ukraine and other countries near and far abroad;

• Raising the cultural level of the population of Ukraine and other countries by creating a tradition of significant social and youth activities.

The main objectives of the festival:

Cultural and aesthetic education of children, adolescents and young adults, providing the opportunity to identify young talent and promote their development, promotion of active forms of recreation, diversion of children, adolescents and young people from crime, drugs, smoking and alcoholism.

Participants of the Festival:

To participate in the programs of the festival-competition invited teams and individual performers (from 5 to 25 years and 25 years and above).

Bands and artists of all creative, higher, secondary and special educational institutions, houses of culture.

The contest is open to all submitted application, which agrees with the tender conditions and made a donation to the fund of the festival. Each contestant can participate in several disciplines and categories.

In some categories divided into age groups may differ:

• 10 - 13 years

• 14 - 17 years

• 18 - 25 years

• 25 years old and above
