Firstly, the area of operation plays a great role. Company which specializes in producing energy is very attractive because there is energy shortage worldwide, so the demand for the company products will always be high, which in turn mean high profitability.

Secondly, it is vital to make sure that the company invests in research and development. In this case company products will not become obsolete and will move with the times and the company will not lose the target audience.

Lastly and most importantly it is necessary to know who are the people occupying the key positions in the company. Because only experienced, knowledgeable, smart, honest and confident people are able to implement a policy of the company which is efficient and profitable for the company.

To conclude, it is absolutely necessary to analyze many factors in detail.

There are some key factors which helps to the company to succeed on the market particularly during financial crisis which the world economy facing now.

First and foremost innovations play a great role because they guarantee competitive advantage. Innovations might deal with increasing product range, using absolutely new materials, advanced technologies, providing new services.

Moreover, another main thing is diversification which means entering new markets and targeting new customers. It helps a company to survive so when one business experiences a crisis (a low sales for instance) another one may enjoy a boom.

Lastly and most importantly, committed employees are absolutely necessary for a company prosperity and growth. If company’s values and policies are shared throughout all company divisions it will guarantee success.

To conclude, success of the company on the market depends on many factors.

When selecting a job you should take into account many factors.

Firstly benefits package plays a great role. Applicants appreciate when a companies could provide healthcare insurance, paid holidays and sick leave, maternity or paternity leave. In addition, companies could provide other perks including a company car, gym or fitness center subscription, flexible hours which is particularly important for parents with small children.

Secondly career opportunities matter nowadays, especially for young ambitious people. Who do not want to do the same job but need an opportunity to move up career ladder which means a challenging job, higher financial rewards and consequently better standards of living.

Lastly it makes sense to familiarize with company values. You should make sure your interests coincide with company interests. Only in this case you can fit in corporate culture.

To conclude when selecting a job you should analyze all the details thoroughly.

When recruiting new people it is essential to concentrate on different points.

Firstly it’s absolutely essential to advertise a position in an appropriate mass media such as newspapers, radio, TV and Internet. As a result companies have a brilliant opportunity to reach a wide target audience.

The next step in selecting the right personnel is to conduct a job interview which helps to assess candidate education and intangible qualities such as the ability to work under pressure, to learn and coach.

Thirdly you should analyze applicant’s CV and letter of application. The latter reveals information about person’s interest coincide with company values. An applicant should also highlight his or her most relevant skills in order to prove that he or she can contribute to the job.
