6.1 The participants are to arrive at the place of conducting 20 minutes before the determined start time at the latest.

6.2 The Organisers bear the responsibility for non-provision and/or unduly provision of safe conduction of the competition in accordance with the present Regulations.

6.3 The Organisers are obliged to:

a) provide presence of the tracks in accordance with provisions of the present Regulations;

b) organize accommodation of participants, persons and transport, accompanying them, whilst ensuring safety of participants, persons and transport, accompanying them;

c) participant accommodation may be in tent camps or at hotels. Tent camp accommodation is only allowed in good weather conditions (temperature, snow cover);

d) ensure presence of judges at the tracks during the competition and the judges’ transportation at the track in case of need;

e) ensure photo and video-recording of events (special sites);

f) ensure absence of unauthorized persons at the tracks;

g) provide public safety and safety of the participants and audience within the limits of their authority and in cooperation with law enforcement authorities and administration of the district, where the competition is held;

h) provide the participants with sufficient amount of beverages for the time of the competition;

i) provide presence of at least one Emergency Medical Services with medical personnel;

j) provide the possibility to evacuate injured participant or equipment from the track;

k) provide controlling the travel duration;

l) ensure sufficient flagging for the participant to freely orient within the whole track distance;

m) provide the possibility of interviewing with participants (at will of the participant) and at least one of the Organisers or members of Organising Committee in case there are interested Media at the event;

n) ensure cleanness before and after the competition;

o) provide the possibility to number the participants’ equipment (in case of duplication or initial absence)

p) hang out the results after each event ending;

q) provide a “Nimble Squirrel 2016” banner with the minimum dimensions of 1,5*3 metres at the start;

r) provide presence of at least three “Nimble Squirrel 2016” banners with the minimum dimensions of 1*2 metres at the track. When choosing a location to place the banners, attractiveness value and the audience’s access to the location should be taken into account.

6.4 The Organiser can provide the opportunity to fix equipment at the competition.

6.5 Presence of unauthorized persons at the tracks is not allowed.

6.6 The Organiser is in charge of placing sponsor advertisement materials (banners, standers, leaflets etc.). Safety of participants and audience should be taken into account.

 

7. PARTICIPANT’S GEAR

7.1 Protective gear of the participants is to comply with the safety regulations. Otherwise, the participant is not allowed to the competition.

7.2 Compulsory protective gear includes: helmet, motorcycle boots, knee blockers, coat of mail/armor, glasses, gloves, numbered vests provided by the Organiser. Absence of at least one element leads to excluding from the competition.

7.3 The gear of participants is not to have inscriptions, propaganding/calling to violence, extremism or racism or extremist symbols.

7.4 Assistants tojudges are to wear vests with “Judge” inscripted on them. The main Judge is to wear a vest with “Main Judge” inscripted on it.

7.5 Volunteers are to wear vests with “Marschall” inscripted on them.

7.6 Easily visible numbers are to be placed at the front and sides of the participants’ motorcycle, taking into account the following conditions:

“Sports” event – compulsory number placing at the front and back side of plastic (red background, white number);

“Hobby” event – compulsory number placing at the front and back side of plastic (yellow background, black number);

“Veteran 45+” event – recommended number placing at the front and back side of plastic (green background, white number);

“Junior” event – recommended number placing at the front and back side of plastic (black background, white number);

“Lady” event – recommended number placing at the front and back side of plastic (blue background, white number);

- the number shall be other than 0 (zero)

- front and back numbers are to match

- two sportsmen with the same numbers are not allowed
