1. Месяц назад мы переехали в новую квартиру. Вчера у нас было новоселье. Теперь мы живем в прекрасной Зх-комнатной квартире со всеми удобствами. Наш дом новый и многоэтажный, он находится в новом районе довольно далеко от центра. Но рядом с домом - автобусная остановка и мы добираемся до центра за 20 минут.

2. Хочешь, я покажу тебе нашу новую квартиру? - С удовольствием. У меня есть немного времени.

3. Раздевайся, проходи. Вот наша гостиная. - Очень уютная комната. Какие красивые обои. Они оживляют комнату, и занавески к ним очень подходят. - Ты права. Комната светлая. Эта стеклянная дверь ведет на балкон. И балкон, и окно комнаты выходят на южную сторону.

2) You've moved to a new flat in a suburb. You like it. Advise your friend to move to this district. (Speak in favour of the place).
