I. Translate the following texts into Russian:

Customs

The work of examining goods and of control1ing the landing of goods or their shipment for exportation is performed by the officers of customs and excise stationed at the docks or wharves concerned. The ship's reports and the importers’ entries for goods are sent from the Custom House to the landing officer (as he is often called), who examines the goods to see whether they correspond in description, quantity, value and duty liability to their description; on the entry. А number of these officers are stationed at bonded warehouses where dutiable goods are stored without payment of duty. There they control the receipt and delivery of goods and any operation on the goods which may be allоwеd in warehouse.
