The information about the Internationalization Strategy is not very clear, they have most of their Companies and Branches in Russia, but they also have companies abroad, in Belarus there is “Artezio” with resource centers in Vitebsk and Minsk while in Canada they’re the owners of Evident Point Software Corp. since 2011, they also have a lot of Huge international partners/clients like Microsoft, HP, DELL, Siemens, Xerox, etc.

TECHNOSERV

About

Technoserv is the biggest Russian Company in System integration, founded in 1992 it focused mainly in big computer systems but throughout the years it spanned out to other areas of IT-industry and engineering. With a 40 bln RUB turnout in 2011 Technoserv employs over 2000 IT workers.

GOVERNMENT OWNERSHIp

The company is private but has in its clients many Government Facilities and Services.

Internatinalization

Apart from the Exports Technoserv started internationalizing to CIS countries, particularly in Uzbekistan and Ukraine by opening representative offices, in 2008 they added offices in Armenia and Azerbaijan, by 2009 they also had an office in Minsk, in 2010 a subsidiary enterprise was open in Kazakhstan. So their strategy was to always keep 100% control of their international branches and using a green field strategy.

About

IBS company was founded in 1992, their main field is IT and BI projects for big corporations and state bodies. They focus on their clients business-needs in order to maximize efficiency on building relations with them. They use two types of solutions, complicated complex solutions, performed by IBS, for the cases of specific industries where they need an individual approach in order to understand all the perks and peculiarities of the industry in order to really give the client what he needs and replicated solutions for industries they already know well like, for this strategy the solutions are performed by IBS Platformix(infrastructure integration), IBS DataFort (IT outsourcing) and Expertek IBS(Oil/Gas and retail sectors)
