Growing Vegetables - Create a lesson plan on how vegetables grow and what is needed for them to flourish. Give each child a pot with soil and help them plant their own seeds. You can choose small vegetables, such as peas or cherry tomatoes. Ask the children to draw pictures of the different growth stages of their vegetables. Put them on a windowsill or another sunny place. Make the kids responsible for watering their plants every day before class.

Literacy

Revise letters B, T, S, D, L. Take letter “H” for harvest. Make up a short associated story. Print out cards, stick them on straws and ask children to raise the corresponding flag when you name a word starting with “T”, “S” “B”,“D”, “L” and “H”.
