General conditions

CLUB GUARANTEES THAT DANCER'S WORK AND STAY IN THE CLUB IS SAFE, LEGAL AND DOES NOT VIOLATE LOCAL LAW. PROSTITUTION AND SEXUAL SERVICES ARE FORBIDDEN IN THE CLUB. IF THESE CONDITONS ARE VIOLATED AGENT IS ENTITLED TO ORDER DANCERS TO LEAVE THE CLUB IMMEDIATELY AND TO RETURN HOME AT CLUB'S COST

During your contract, all issues are resolved only by agent or curator.

All salary calculations are made only by Dancers agent or curator. Dancer not allowed to ask directly from the customer any payments.

Communication with employers, organizers and other leadership positions is possible only with the permission of the curator. Sharing contacts(mobile numbers, emails, facebook and other) is strictly prohibited.

Dancer is obliged To work well and to try to make good profit to herself and the Club, behave well and with dignity, to report immediately to the Agent if any problems (illness, being late to work, conflicts etc.) occur.

During the validity of the Contract the dancer shall maintain her appearance unchanged, considering additional Customer’s requirements regarding the improvement of her appearance. Guaranty, that during the validity of the Contract dancer’s weight shall not increase more than 3 (three) kilos. If the dancer’s

Weight increases over than 3 kilos, the dancer shall pay to the Customer penalty.

The Dancer without the permission by the Customer shall not date or have any close relations, except working ones, with the personnel of the club where she is dancing.

You must carry your passport and working documents with you all the time. If you do not carry your passport we will not be responsible for that.

Use of drugs is strictly forbidden at all times. And dancer cannot come to club drunk. Otherwise a penalty will be charged you and you will be immediately send back home.

If Performer stops executing the contract and leaves the club without presenting a pretension or not waiting for the solution, then Performer will be obliged to compensate all losses caused to Club or Agent.

The Performer shall undertake during the validity of this Contract and also in 3 (three) years after the termination, not to perform any work at any club belonging to the customers of the Agent, this means that without the permission of her Agent, it is forbidden to the Performer to dance, work as a model or do any other work under labour, author, services or any other agreement for such clubs or other organizations associated with them or their owners, also to act as an agent offering another dances, models, etc. Every time the Performer is in breach of undertakings stated above she shall pay to the Agentr the penalty in the amount of 50 percent from all the earnings received in such a breach.

Both Parties shall have to guarantee the confidentiality of the information related to the subject, execution of the Contract and the results. The information given by the Customer to the Dancer, conditions of the Copyright contract and the results of intellectual creation activity are confidential.

Sign contract I hereby state and accept that the address below and all my contact information is true and in case of a change in the address and contact information, I would be responsible for that.

The Contract shall come into force from the day of signing and shall be valid until l the fulfillment of all conditions of the Contract.
