Diet with physiological content of proteins and fats, restriction of carbohydrates and salt, pronounced restriction of chemical and mechanical irritators of mucous membrane and receptor apparatus of upper part of digestive tract and substances that stay too long in the stomach and stimulate gastric secretion.

Diet No. 1

Indications. Peptic and duodenum ulcer disease in the period of aggravation without symptoms of "irritable stomach", chronic gastritis with preserved secretion during aggravation period, and others diseases accordingly to diet prescription aim.

Prescription aim. To promote ulcers and erosions healing, to reduce mucous inflammatory processes of upper part of digestive tract as a result of normalization of mucous reparation and decreasing of stomach and duodenum receptors apparatus irritation, regulation of secretory and motor-evacuatory stomach function. To provide physiological requirements of organism in nutrients during treatment in the hospital or during the work that is not connected with physical exertion.

General characteristic. Diet with physiological content of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, restriction of salt, moderate restriction of chemical and mechanical irritators of mucous membrane and receptor apparatus of upper part of digestive tract and substances that stay too long in the stomach and stimulate gastric secretion.

Culinary processing. All dishes are boiled or cook on steam, meat and fish of not rough quality are permitted by piece. Some baked dishes can intake without rough core.

Diet No. 2

Indications. Acute gastritis, enteritis and colitis in reconvaliscation period as transition to rational nutrition; chronic gastritis with secretory failure, enteritis, colitis in remission period without concomitant diseases of liver, bile excretion system, duodenum, gastritis with preserved secretion.

Prescription aim. To provide full value nutrition, normal restoring of affected digestive organs function in acute and compensation preserving in chronic diseases of stomach and intestines.

General characteristic. Diet in accordance with physiological requirements, with rational culinary products processing, exclusion of products and dishes that are exertional for digestive tract, stay too long in the stomach, digested with difficulty, and are irritators of mucous membrane and receptor apparatus of gastrointestinal tract.

Prescription aim. To provide full value nutrition and compensation preserving in chronic intestinal diseases with prevalence of dyskinesia symptom, and also in involving of stomach, liver, bile ducts, pancreas in the pathological process. To promote maximal restoring of affected function of intestines and others digestive organs.
