Job Description

· Direct Report: to Nord-West Division Financial Controller

· WorkingSchedule: 5 / 2

· Location: Danone Office, Saint Petersburg Magnitogorskaya Street 30.

Main Responsibilities

· Preparation, control and variance analysis of annual Internal Plan of Nord-West Division (P&L: Direct Material Costs, Direct Labor Costs, Industrial Costs, Manufacturing Overheads)

· Month Closing – technical & reporting

· Collaboration with Procurement Service, Raw Materials Supply Survice, Industrial Direction in terms of decision making support

· Contribution to improvement and development of budgeting and reporting tools and methodology.

· ERP (SAP) support and development at the stage of implementation

· Monthly reporting to the Central Office (Moscow)

· CAPEX Projects assessment and control

Requirements to Successful Candidate

Hard Skills

· Higher education in Finance (Master Degree is a plus)

· 2 years of experience in Finance: controlling / financial analysis / costing / budgeting & reporting (International FMCG experience is an advantage)

· MS Excel – advanced level

· English – upper intermediate

· Basic knowledge of Financial Reporting (RAS & IFRS)

Soft Skills

· Proactive attitude to work

· Willingness to sustainable learning and gaining leadership experience

· Team player

· Ability to work under pressure

· Proper communication skills
