Dream Theater
Dream Theater is an American rock band, playing in progressive metal style. It was created in 1985 by 3 students of musical college Berklee. The band is well known for technical proficiency of its instrumentalists, who have won many awards from music instruction magazines. Their first album ‘’When Dream and Day Unite’’ didn’t have success. The second was recorded in 1992 and was very popular all over the world. Then they recorded some more albums and songs which were very long. Their best album ‘’ Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a memory was recorded in 1999. Supporting this album they made a tour around the world, visiting more than 30 countries. By 2011 they recorded 12 albums and the last one was presented in September. It calls ‘’ Dramatic Turn of the Events’’. Different people like their music because it is not very hard and the members of the band use different kinds of music.
