Dear colleagues,

Sabonis Basketball Center and Team 97

are inviting You to participate in the

4-th International Basketball tournament

“Team 97 Sabonis Cup 2011”, among boys born in 1997.

1. Date and location:

The tournament will be held in Kaunas, Lithuania, December 27-29, 2011 at “Sabonis Basketball Center”.

The day of arrival - December 26 (all teams will be allowed to have a training in arena). The 1^st day of the games - December 27. The day of departure – December 29.

2. The terms of tournament:

Boys born 1997 are allowed to take part in the tournament. Line-up: 12 players, 1 coach, 1 representative. One team will play minimum 5 games.

3. Total number of teams in the tournament - 12. All exact teams would be announced after confirming to participate until November 1^st, 2011. All teams will be divided in 4 groups - A,B,C, D.

4. Rules of the game:

Teams will play 4 quarters 8 minutes each– 4 quarters (10 minutes each will be played in the final day in the 1-2 and 3-4 places games).

Tournament ball size - number 7.

5. Awards:

3 best teams will be awarded by Sabonis BC and TEAM 97 Cups and medals. The 5 best players and MVP of the tournament will be selected.

6. Deadline:

Deadline for applications is 15 of October, 2011.

7. Expenses:

The registration fee for the team 160 EUR

The registration fee for the team must be paid by no later than 15 th of October 2011 to the VSI “Team97” international bank account number LT30 7044 0600 0632 5995 (AB SEB bank). SWIFT/BIC: CBVILT2X

The Team will be registered to the tournament only after the payment has been received.

Coming teams have to cover their travel expenses to get to Kaunas.

A-pass 9 EUR

A-pass includes the right to play or coach.

B-pass 54 EUR

B-pass includes the right to play or coach, accommodation in the hostel (3 nights- 2, 3, 4 beds in the room), and 9 meals (26.12 dinner, 27.12 breakfast, lunch and dinner, 28.12 breakfast, lunch and dinner, 29.12 breakfast and lunch).

Additional night with breakfast- 18 EUR

C-pass 114 EUR

C-pass includes the right to play or coach, accommodation in the ****hotel (3 nights- in the double room), and 9 meals (26.12 dinner, 27.12 breakfast, lunch and dinner, 28.12 breakfast, lunch and dinner, 29.12 breakfast and lunch). Breakfast and dinner- in the hotel (Hot Buffet).

Additional night with breakfast (Hot Buffet) - 30 EUR

F1-pass 144 EUR

F1-pass (fans and parents) includes accommodation in the ****hotel (3 nights with breakfast (Hot Buffet) in the single room).

Additional night with breakfast (Hot Buffet) - 48 EUR

F2-pass 99 EUR

F2-pass (fans and parents) includes accommodation in the ****hotel (3 nights with breakfast (Hot Buffet) in the double room).
