Invitation for MEP BSR
Copenhagen, Denmark November 2011
On behalf of the MEP Baltic Sea Region and partners I have the great pleasure of inviting you to the session in Copenhagen from March 27 – April 1, 2012 linked to the Danish EU Presidency.
Enclosed you will find the preliminary program. Issues will be sent out at the beginning of December.Documents such as program, issues, travel form and invoice will be posted on the website www.mepbsr.org. Program with detailed information will be sent out in Jan. 2012.
Delegates will be accommodated in host families and in hostels. Teachers/directors will have the option of a good hotel or a single room in a hostel close to the city centre. Further information will follow.
Transport to Copenhagen can be by air/train/bus. Delegations will be picked up by our guides. Please notify us about your travel plans at the earliest possible time. As you know early booking can save you a lot of expenses. Apart from the Copenhagen Airport Kastrup, Malmoe, Sweden (very close to Copenhagen) might be a good option, too. Good train connexions to Copenhagen from there.
We look forward to a swift response regarding your participation and would greatly appreciate and kindly insist on a confirmation of the number of participants you plan to send by Dec 15. Electronic registration will be available from the website. Delegate fee is Ђ120.
