1. Nature of contract in Common law (principles, definitions, its essential requirements)

2. Contractual relationships in the RF. (1-2 students)

3. Classifications of a contract. (2-4 students should take different classifications. You may also choose other classifications not mentioned in our textbook)

4. Offer: its definition, rules, requirements, the termination or revocation of an offer.

5. Acceptance: its definition, requirements, rules, terms and ways for acceptance.

6. Consideration: its definition, its requirements, types of relationship between a promisor and a promisee.

7. Classification of Contractual Terms (I will provide some information)

8. Termination of a Contract (different ways of its termination in general).

9. Breach of a contract, types of breach, legal remedies.

10. Contract Remedies: types of damages (I will provide some information)

11. Free choice of a topic related to CONTRACT LAW (only 1 student; it isnecessary to get my approval )
