ATHLETE COMPETITION CONTRACT

I, the undersigned Athlete, join the IFBBProfessional League of my own free will and, by my signature on this form, I acknowledge, accept and agree to abide by IFBBProfessional League rules and, throughout the full term of my Membership, to remain at all times a Member in Good Standing. If I am found guilty of violating, directly or indirectly, IFBB Professional League rules, I accept that I may be subject to disciplinary measures. While a Member, I agree not to compete, guest pose, give an exhibition or seminar, judge, officiate, promote, endorse, or otherwise participate in any capacity whatsoever in a competition that is not sanctioned or approved by the IFBB Professional League, failing which I may be fined, suspended or expelled. I accept full and sole responsibility for remaining current with the IFBB Professional League rules, which are published at www.ifbbpro.com.

I, the undersigned Athlete, do hereby agree to compete in the abovementioned Competition. In consideration of my participation, I will receive the following from the Promoter:

1. One Guest Ticket for Prejudging and the Finals

Pursuant to IFBB Professional League rules, if I sign this Contract and subsequently fail to compete, I will be subject to a fine of USD $5,000 and a suspension for a period of time to be determined by the IFBB Professional League. If I claim that the failure to compete is due to medical reasons, I accept that the IFBB Professional League has the right to verify my claim by ordering me to report to a medical doctor, as selected by the IFBB Professional League, at my own expense.

Pursuant to IFBB Professional League rules, if I sign this Contract and subsequently fail to compete, whether such failure occurs before the competition or during the competition, for whatever reason (including medical), I agree to reimburse the Promoter any and all expenses incurred by the Promoter on my behalf. I accept that the failure to reimburse the Promoter will result in my suspension until such time as all outstanding expenses are paid in full.

Competition contracts must be received by the IFBB Professional League no later than one week prior to the

competition, failing which a $250 USD late entry fee will be paid by the athlete to the promoter.

Effective immediately, any competitor who qualifies for the Finals but who fails to participate in the Finals without a legitimate reason (e.g. medical) and without notifying the Head Judge or Promoter before the Finals will be fined $1,000 USD. The fine will be paid to the IFBB Professional League in trust for the promoter. Until the fine is paid in full, the athlete will be prohibited from competing.
