If you have A LOT of money you are: rich - filthy rich - stinking rich – wealthy – loaded – prosperous - rolling in it - cashed up – affluent - well off – raking it in

As in: “Let’s go out for dinner. It’s my shout because it’s pay-day and I’m cashed up.”

If you have NO money you are: poor – penniless - hard up – needy – destitute – broke - poverty stricken – skint - poor as a churchmouse

As in: “I can’t come out tonight because I had to pay lots of bills and I’m skint.”
