Job Description

Position Role

 

The Project Manager selected in this election process will be the final responsible for delivering organizational results related to GCDP ICX program, and ensure our performance in Kemerovo. The manager’s duty includes, among other activities, scope development (as far as timeline, work method, and so on), member's tracking and team management.

He is responsible for host and baddy programs, registration and parties for interns.

Responsibilities

 

· Ensure your team to have complete knowledge of AIESEC ́s organizational structure, goals and products in order to explain and position it on the external market;

· Lead and manage the project team members;

· Fulfill all the Team Minimums;

· Track and report all the jobs related with the coordination to the VP GCDP ICX;

· Fill all the evaluation spreadsheets necessary (like performance assessment);

· Attend any required meeting, for report or planning;

· Fulfill all the membership criteria;

· Attend all the required conferences for this position and report for the team member

· Define along with VPGCDPICX and the strategic plan, scope, timeline and ultimate goals to be achieved

· Guarantee that the trainees have a safe arrival in Kemerovo and a reception

· Track the trainees’ activities

· Provide service support and any other activities regarding the quality of the Exchange experiences we aim to deliver

· Run regular meetings;

· Communications with hosts and interns

· Ensure that all the information generated/acquired won’t be lost

· Guarantee stakeholder satisfaction evaluation and action plan

· Account management

· Finding host and buddies for interns

· Organization of entertainment for interns

· TL Reception must organize meetings in the airport and to see off interns
