Manual Two

Master Teacher

One Spirit was channeled by Diane Bellefeuille from Source - developed in 2004.

Manual One and Manual Two can be copied by Master/Teachers of One Spirit only for Student Purposes.

These are two manuals may NOT be changed, altered, or reproduced, or rewritten in any way. It is to remain as is! Voice of Spirit.

Manual Two is the Master Manual.

As you read the pages, it will teach you to walk with your animal guides and together, you will become One Spirit.

It is a learning process that takes time for you, and your animal guides. This new bond that will develop starts with love and creates a bond of trust, loyalty, and love.

Let us open this manual together and walk through each page together. As I am your guide and your teacher, we will walk together. When you read the last page, you will become as I am - the Guide and the Teacher.

Meet the Animals of your Inner self

These Animal Guardians are connected to all of your chakras. Each one of your chakras has an Animal Guardian. To meet each one of them takes a little time and patience.

This is a meditation to meet them. You can have conversations with them, to try and talk them out to meet you.

First relax completely, feet flat on the floor. Take a few deep breaths, and feel waves of light and love moving through your whole body. Open your heart and connect your heart to each one of your animal guardian’s heart. Be open to receiving impressions. Greet the animal or animals and thank them for their help. Ask them what they need from you, and also ask what gifts or information they have for you. Allow time for the answers to come.

You will start with the Root chakra.

Next, move your focus to your Sacral Chakra, below your navel, and repeat the process with each chakra, until you have met them all. If you don’t meet them all the first time, it is okay. Some are shy and need a little more time.

You must be patient. The chakras are:

1. Root Chakra (tailbone).

2. Sacral (below the navel).

3. Solar Plexus (above the navel, and below the heart).

4. Heart Chakra. 5. Throat.

6. Third Eye (slightly above the brow and in the center).

7. Crown (top of the head).

You can invite your Animal Guardians to join you in a circle. Ask them what you need to do to get your chakras into a healthy condition. Ask them to help you do this. Pay attention to the relationships between the different chakra animals. Ask what is needed to harmonize their working together.

Sometimes your chakra animals don’t get along with the other animal guardians. Try to talk them out, to see how they can work together with you, and the other animal guardians. Thank them.

S y m b o l s

Heart to Heart

This symbol is two hearts side by side.

Heart to Heart is used to connect your heart to your animal guides within you. From your heart to their heart. This helps to build a relationship of love and trust.

Power of Source

This symbol is a heart with the big S (for source) joining it at the top of the heart.

The Heart is your heart. The S stands for Source. When you connect your heart to Source, your heart becomes one with universal love.

One Spirit

This symbol is a diamond in the center of a heart, with the circle surrounding the heart.

One Spirit connects you to all you animal guides together, with you. Together, you become One Spirit. The circle stands for Mother Earth.

To apply Symbols

To apply the Symbols, you use the palms of your hands. Inside on palm, draw the symbol with your finger on each palm and then hold your palms together.

For the Heart to Heart Symbol, draw a heart in the middle of your palm, then with the other hand draw a heart in the palm of the other hand. Next, place your palms together - Heart to Heart - then focus on your intent. See the animal guide you want to connect with, and send love to him or her.

If you want to you can apply Power of Source in the middle of your palms (where your hands join together), so that you can connect to Source and Universal Love.

Universal Love is Source - Ascended Masters, Archangels, Angels of Light, Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Animal Guides, Rainbow Rays, etc.

Other uses for Heart to Heart:

The love within your heart is powerful, because that love is unconditional. When you use your heart to connect to another’s heart, you intent is pure.

The Higher Self of the animal, or human will take that love energy, and deposit it where the animal or human needs it most.

It could be used for courage, healing, confidence, survival, etc. When I use this Symbol, I connect my heart to the animal’s heart, and send

lost of love and light. I ask their Higher Self to accept this energy for their highest and best. My intent is pure.

You can also send to more than one animal.

By saying the animal’s name, your pet, or a neighbor’s pet, or an injured animal, and by using the same technique, you can direct the energy to those who need it.

Power of Source and your heart is a very powerful connection. You are connecting to Source. It is a Universal connection that begins with love unconditionally.

What you create with a thought, takes form and is created (manifested). Your intent is pure, and other Higher Light Beings will join in. What you create from your heart, the Universe, Source recreates it and sends it back to you, the same way – out of love.

You can use this symbol for animals or humans. Animals who are sick, suffering, abandoned, lost their way, stuck in cages, shelters, even zoos can be helped and receive this healing universal love. You can combine many animals at one time and send to all of them.

You can also ask the animal’s animal guide to also help the animal or animals. One Spirit. The heart stands for your heart, the diamond represents your animal guides within you. The circle represents Mother Earth.

To use this symbol, it unites all animals of Mother Earth together.

You send energy from your heart that goes within your, but also touches the hearts of all animals.

I used this symbol for the hurricane Katrina victims – for the animals that were left behind, stranded, hungry, and waiting to be rescued. In situations like that, you can also ask for the animal’s animal guides to help them. Experiment with each of these symbols. See what works for you.

After drawing the symbols in the palms of your hands, say the name of the animals and close your palms together. Close your eyes, relax, and continue to send this energy and love for 6-12 minutes.

Attunements

When you pass on attunements, you connect to Source and the Universe. The Master Teacher becomes the receiver from Source - you then become the channel. You are channeling the energy needed for the attunement, but it actually comes from Source. While you are passing on the attunement, you are actually being attuned yourself to a higher vibration, which gives you more wisdom and knowledge. You are the teacher, but you also become the student. Your vibration is higher, which takes you into a new learning ability.

Attunements bring changes - it changes you - it opens your eyes to see what you didn’t see before. You see things differently because your body gets rid of things that are no longer any use to you, (anger, guilt, etc.). These are things that you have been holding onto. You may cry for days. It is your higher self letting go of things you don’t need. In turn, those things you let go of are replaced with love for your self, forgiveness, peace, etc. As you learn to forgive yourself and love yourself, so do your animal guides.

How to Pass on Attunements

This is how I do it. It works for me.

I open my channel to love and Rainbow Rays.

I call in my Spirit Guides, Animal Guides, Source, Ascended Masters, Angels of Light, etc.

I ask the person to ask their Higher Self to accept this attunement for their highest and best.

I then invite the person’s Spirit Guides, Animal Guides in.

I then open my hands, palms up, on each side of me, and ask the Rainbow Rays to fill me, and to fill the other person also.

I begin the attunement.

That is my way of passing on attunements. We all have our own techniques. Just because it isn’t written in this manual, or any other manual doesn’t mean it is wrong. There is no wrong way to pass on attunements. As long as you use your intent, it comes from the heart. Source is right there with you, guiding you along.

Hands on Attunements

For hands on attunement, I call in my Spirit Guides, Animal Guides, Ascended Masters, Great Chiefs, Mighty Warriors, Source, Angels of Light, Rainbow Rays, and Archangels. I call them all in.

I ask the person to invite their Spirit Guides, Animal Guides, and I also ask the person if there is anything they would like opened, such as their third eye, ears, etc. That person is asking Source to help them in those areas. Or Source may give this person another gift. Everything comes from Source.

I proceed to send the energy for 7 minutes, by placing my hands on their crown (top of head). I close my eyes as I am doing this. I start to see animal guides coming out (showing themselves). I also visualize the symbols going into their crown, into their third eye, their throat, their heart, their solar plexus, their sacral, their root, their feet. Once I feel the symbols all in place and infill their chakras, their aura, I then blow the symbols by using my intent, into the air they breathe. They then breath the symbols into themselves.

I stop and take a break. I ask them how they are feeling, and for them to relax. When they feel ready, I start again, by placing my hands on their crown. I ask them to close their eyes, and I draw all of the symbols in my palms and send them in. I visualize the symbols in each chakra. I also play the symbols on the bottom of their feet.

I place my hands on top of their hands for about five minutes. I ask them to visualize a book, their palms on the pages. I ask Source, their Animal Guides, and Spirit Guides to put into the pages, the tools they need to continue on their journey.

How to Pass on Attunement using Keyboard

You follow the same procedures, the only difference is when you are sending the attunement by computer keyboard, you state your intent. And then say, “by law of correspondence and by proxy, I’m using this keyboard as proxy for (name of person) to pass on this attunement. During the sending of an attunement this way, both you and the person should have their hands on the keyboard.

After the attunement is complete, you thank all those who were there to help with the attunement.

Walk in Beauty

We can use the energies of these times and also call on the allies of each totem and clan to assist us on our earth walk as we journey throughout the seasons of the year.

To the Native Americans, medicine is not an external substance, but an Inner Power that is found both in Nature and within ourselves, and whether we follow these Teachings or those of others, they all speak the same words of wisdom –

To be open to Truth regardless of its Source.

To let your Feelings be your Guide,

To honor each other,

And, most important of all,

To Love each other.

Lead us by instinct our land of safety.

Animal Advisors

To work with this system of advisors, you at least have to know about how to meditate. The best thing is, of course, if you are fit in the Shamanic Journey. Most of the time you are encountering animal spirits, thus I am using the term of “Animal Advisors”. To get in contact with your advisors or representatives of your chakras, your sentence of will would sound like this: “I want to meet my animals of the chakras,” then checking each chakra for its spirit. During meditation, you examine the pictures, popping up in your mind during concentrating on the various chakras. This is an example of the thematic animal advisors. Try to remember what animals you see and write them down later, when you have finished.

Animal advisors can be found for various things concerning yourself. You can find animals forth chakras, your senses, the polarity, possible addiction, diseases, talents, and flaws, the inner and outer perception, organs, and much more. A base animal, in shamanic context can be identified as the power animal, of which, you have two-one walks on your left and the other on your right.

What to do with them

After you have found animals for each chakra via meditation or shamanic journey, you can call in a conference of animals. You are calling every animal belonging to a certain thematic complex, for example the chakras. Now you can perceive the various animals in their behaviors amongst themselves and their powers and relationship. Some may be hunting each other down, some are fiends, some aloof, some are too big, or too small. Conflicts are showing unbalancing and problems with the involved chakras. Isolated animals can mean blockades. Look, how the animals find solutions for these problems. Perhaps they need you and your Animal Spirit for help. After some time working with them, you can balance anything out and your conference is harmonizing. A goal of this conference is to return to inner peace and harmony, to transform structures and to solve inner problems.

It is fascinating to perceive the effect of rituals on the animal advisors. In some cases the color of all chakra animals changed to white after a kinesiologic balancing. In this way harmful or benevolent effects of rituals or other actions can be observed and resolved if necessary.

The system of animal advisors can be an extremely complex and powerful tool of a shamanic practitioner, controlling and checking himself on a regular base. Refer to Stephen Gallegos excellent writing for more detailed information about this system. (Stephen Gallegos: “The Animals of the Four Winds” and “The Personal Totem Pole”).

Whether you need healing energy and support for your own animal companion or your want to share your energy with the animals in circle, remember that sending healing energy is a very simple process:

Say the animal’s name several times. (3 times). Visualize the animal in your mind’s eye.

Create a circle of light around the animal’s body.

Ask the animal’s higher spirit to accept this energy, for their highest best. You send them lots of love from your heart to theirs.

Remember not to put limitations on your healing energy. Give the animal your permission to use this loving energy to make its transition if getting well is not an option. By trying to release your attachment to the outcome, you share even stronger, more usable energy.

Don’t ever underestimate your power to share love and healing energy with your animal through thoughts, feelings, and touch.

Trust yourself and ask your animal what you can do to help. Their eyes will tell you when they need to be left alone and when they want you to touch them or hold them. They will also tell you when they need help to leave their physical body. If euthanasia is the healthiest choice, please be with your friend, and remain with the body for at least a few minutes after death. This allows the transition back to spirit to happen more quickly. Feel your grief, but soften it with the memories of the love and devotion your shared.

Power Animal Journey (from Lynn Andrews)

(A drumming tape is very helpful for this journey)

Create a power song. It may be as simple as “I am, I am”, a word of power or a short statement like “I am a healer in light and love”. Whatever feels right to you and is easy to remember to use as a statement to the universe, your power animal... of your presence and your call to that being.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful outdoor setting. It is a beautiful summer day and you are surrounded by beautiful trees of all kinds. The sky is a magnificent blue with an occasional cloud and breeze. You see and hear birds fly overhead. You can smell the richness of the flowers and the foliage. Up ahead, you see a flurry of lovely butterflies moving from flower to flower.

This is the time of the migrations of the monarch butterflies from the north to the south. You are amazed at their beauty as the light catches on their wings. You begin to follow the butterflies as they move from flower to flower. They all seem to be heading in the direction of a giant ancient tree up ahead. As you move closer, you see that the butterflies are, indeed, resting on the branches of this tree. In fact, you realize that it is a butterfly tree.

It appears to be almost in flight as if it is moving and quaking in the wind. But there is no wind. It is just the wings of the butterflies as they flutter from one branch to the next. Beckoning you in some mysterious way. As you move closer, you are awestruck by the beauty of the tree, alive with butterflies. You don’t want to disturb them. You don’t want them all to fly away.

You sit in the grass, watching them silently, saying a prayer to the sacred butterfly tree.

You know that there is an essence within yourself that is similar to the essence within this tree that has attracted such beauty and power. You center yourself, breathing deeply and fully and send your luminous fibers from your shaman center below the navel to the tree to energetically connect and communicate with the power of the tree. Feel the connection and open to this deep level of communication with the butterfly tree.

Now that you feel the essence of the tree and its vibration in synch with your own heart, walk around the tree four times, saying a prayer with each circle to, first, the south, then the west, then the north, then the east.

Now that you have honored the tree, look carefully through the butterflies at the trunk of the tree. You see at about chest level a big hole in the tree, as if a branch had fallen away in some distant time. You can tell that this is a very ancient tree. You know the hole in the tree holds something for you. You walk quietly up to the tree, careful not to disturb the butterflies and yet knowing the butterflies have asked you to come.

You walk up to the tree and put your hands on either side of the hole that is quite large, large enough for you to place your whole upper part of your body inside of it. You place your hands on the trunk of the tree. You feel the smoothness under your hands. Remove your hands for a moment and look at the surface of the tree. You realize there in an indentation, like a hand hold on either side of the hole and you know that this is a tree of initiation that has initiated many before you. You look forward to this exciting journey although you don’t know exactly what the journey is. You trust in Great

Spirit and Great Mother to protect and guide you. You sit down for a moment with your back against the tree and let yourself close your eyes. Take a breath and ask the two guardians of this tree to let you pass so you can put your head inside this tree so you can experience the wonders that are within the tree. Take a moment to sense, see, feel, and/or hear the guardians. You sense that they are happy that you are there, bringing light.

Now that the guardians have presented themselves to you, you feel safe. You know that they will guard you as well. You place your hands in the indentations and bring yourself up and put your head and the top part of your shoulders into the tree. As you do this, the physical world disappears. You are transported into the sacred Dreamtime, into another world.

With your intent, you ask that the tree take you up into its magnificence and its power. You ask the tree to guide you further into the world of luminous power animals, the power animals that protect you on your journey and lead you and guide you on your path through the luminous fibers, the fibers of life. Suddenly, you are transported into still another world, the world of the luminous power animals.

You float inside this magnificent tree, feeling the energy of the butterflies helping you on your way. You feel yourself circling in the night sky within the great tree, up and up toward the stars, the branches of the tree becoming the path to the Milky Way. You turn spiraling up toward the immense universe where all is possible. As you look at the stars, the planets, the moon, welcoming you, you see that you are in a universal pasture where the stars become animals, luminous beings.

As you fly through the night sky, you see that actually this is a universe within the butterfly tree. You become drawn to a star and move toward the star, faster and faster and faster. You know that you are in the gravitational pull of a star in space. The face of this star can be anything to you. You have done much heart work. Let yourself move into the power of this planet being, this star of being.

You are a star seed on the planet Earth. You are returning to the source of this star seed, to the source of guardianship and power and light, which you are made of, which is a part of your being on this planet Earth. Let yourself go in your imagination. Let yourself enjoy this journey as if you are going home, home to where this luminous power animal resides because you know in your heart that you have been here many times.

Experience this star as you will. Allow yourself to see a very new and unusual terrain and you will see many luminous animals walking around in bodies of light, ready to share their light.

Rock, Tree Wisdom

Often some people forget (or never learn) that there are others on this planet who have wisdom and knowledge to share. Animal Spirit Guides, Rocks, even the Trees have wisdom and knowledge to share with all of us. Many of us who are pet owners know that animals can make their wishes known. People who work with Animals and Nature have attuned themselves to notice this about their Animals and Things around them, like trees, and the rocks, even the grass, and bushes. All natural things communicate and can be talked with. However, very few people actually try to talk to anything other than their friends. They don’t take the time to stop and look, or even listen. Have you heard the sound of the wind carrying a dog barking, or a cry from a cat? Have you stopped to listen o the birds singing?

To speak with an animal, plant, stone, or crystal, relax and get in tune with it. Everything has a spirit, and opening your heart to it, they will in turn open their heart to you, and share the messages they have for you, just by you listening. Imagine what you are trying to communicate within your mind in all its beautiful detail. Know it. Feel its differences from you. If it is not a mammal, try to understand its life, that of a plant drinking in the sun, or a stone existing much longer and slower, slowly being worn down by the elements. Then try to sense the being that you wish to communicate with. Allow any image that comes into your mind. A rock spirit won’t necessarily look like a chunk of quartz. It might just as easily take on the form of a wolf, or it could also be your own animal spirit coming to you threw the rock or crystal. Just let an image come to you. If you manage to connect, take some time to commune with it. Ask it for a message. Get to know it. Oh, and remember to introduce yourself. Manner are manners, no matter who or what you are talking to. Remember to say thank you and goodbye.

Unicorn

I am always with you. Call on me if you ever need me. My love travels to you in a whisper and is carried on the wind, and we share one heart; though we are many, we are all one of one another.

I am your strength when you feel weak. I am your courage when you are afraid. I am within you, and one with you.
