How to embed video into powerpoint.
#1. Click “Insert”, click “Movie ▼ ”, and then click “Movie from File…”.

#2. Select the video file, and then click “OK”.
#3. Click “When Clicked” or “Automatically” to start the movie. (If unsure, “When Clicked” is the safe bet)
#4. Stretch the video to the desired dimensions.
Note: This tutorial was designed for Office 2010 & 2013. If you are using PowerPoint 2007, you must keep the video file you selected in the same location as the saved PowerPoint. PowerPoint 2007 does not correctly embed video. This is a known issue. This also means if you move, send, or share the PowerPoint file, you must also move, send, or share the video file.
