Job description:

· Administrative support to the Director of the Acquisition Department: schedule planning,interaction with oversea partners, coordination of document flow;

· MS Outlook Calendar (meetings and travel schedule);

• Managing Acquisition Department issues: document flow, working with database, reports and presentations preparation;

· Arrangement of board meetings (document preparation, distribution of materials, organizing schedules);

• Office management: providing office supply, collaboration with providers;
• Clerical duties (e-mail, mail, faxes, filing, typing);
• Managing translations (English language);

· Coordinating business trips;

• Dealing with private tasks.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• Fluent English, Russian - native
• Administrative experience not less than 1,5 years
• Computerliteracy (MS Office)
• Stressresistance
• Excellentcommunicativeskills
• Timemanagementskills
• Abilitytohandlemultipletasks
• Readinesstoworkovertime
