Describe a person you would like to be similar to.
You should say:
who the person is
what he/she is like generally
what qualities this person has
and explain why you would like to be similar to this person.
Describe a sportsperson you admire.
You should say:
who the person is
what their sport is
how you know about them
and what you admire about this sportsperson.
Describe an artist or entertainer you admire.
You should say:
who they are and what they do
how they became successful
how you found out about them
and explain why you admire them.

Some advice: I think it would be acceptable to describe someone you have never met. Just say "I've never met the person I'm going to describe, but I hope to meet him/her one day". It's better to choose someone you know a lot about. Give as much real information as possible. Do some Google research to get ideas. Go to http://www.biography.com/
