1. I certify that, at the day of World Bikini Model International 2015, World Final competitions I shall be between the ages of 17 and 28.

1. I can confirm that I fully understand that the World Bikini Model International 2015 trademarks and logos belong to Catwalk Productions International.

1. I understand that Catwalk Productions International will pay for my accommodation and meals and other activities being held in Malta during the day by day programme. I understand that I will be required to share a room with other contestants. It is very important that you will arrive on the 17^th 18^th October 2015 the dates giving from the organization. The event dates are from 18^th October till the 25^th October 2015 with the final event date on the 24^thOctober 2015 and contestants departures on Sunday 25^th October 2015.

1. I understand that any other expenses such as ironing, laundry, dry-cleaning, telephone calls, telegrams, telexes, faxes and e-mails, postcards, stamps, drinks and all other personal expenses are my responsibility and must be paid for by myself upon receipt of the invoice. I also understand that I am responsible for any excess luggage fees incurred on the way to and from my country.

1. It is also very important that the contestant participating in the World Bikini Model International 2014 will go to the Malta Embassy in her country or any represent Embassy of Malta to apply for the necessary Visa. The cost for the visa will be paid from the participation contestant.

1. I agree to be covered by an adequate Insurance Travel Policy Cover with regards to the risks of accidents, illness and other travel risks during the trip in the host country.

1. I understand, for my own safety, that I will be chaperoned. I agree that I must not accept any invitation from anyone who is not part of Catwalk Productions International, be it for dancing, or going out, etc. I also agree never to give out my personal phone number or e-mail address. This is so you can ensure that I have a safe and memorable trip. I also agree never to leave the group of the organizers or contestants. I accept the schedule of the events established by the organizers whilst in the host country and I agree to abide by them fully and to leave the country after the competition has finished.

1. I agree that I must not accept any invitation at any time at any place also from other hotel guests or hotel staff whether it is inside or outside of the hotel premises. In this case the participating contestant will be dis–squalified automatically after informed from the organization.

1. I will always behave with dignity and be polite to everyone within the host country. I will also be punctual for all activities, and not leave the activity unless authorized by the organization.

1. I accept that the judging may take place throughout the whole week of events of World Bikini Model International 2015 and knowing the impartiality of the judges, I accept the result. I agree not to protest against the final result and I will not make any comment about it or offer my personal opinion to the press or any other person in the host country.

1. Although I will bring my own swimsuit and elegant and evening dress along I understand that if a sponsor should request that I wear their swimsuit and elegant and evening dress I will not object.

1. I authorize the use of my photographs, name and film footage for use on Television, the Internet and also for promotional use.

1. I authorize you the right to place images and film footage of me online for any purpose and in any territory at your absolute discretion.

1. I confirm that I will not be involved in ambiguous photographs or events. I will not be involved with any photographs or material that could compromise my position.

1. I agree not to allow my photographs to be taken by anybody unless by the official World Bikini Model International 2015 Photographers or people with the organizer’s permission.

1. I will include in the wardrobe that I will bring with me the following items:

1. National Costume of my country
2. Long Evening/Elegant Dress for final night
3. Glamorous Bikini’s for photo-shoots and pre-judging
4. Daytime Dresses
5. Outfits wear for disco or night-club
6. Casual outfits for daytime
7. White High-Heeled Shoes
8. Black High-Heeled Shoes
9. Pair of trainers/sport shoes
10. Comfortable walking shoes
11. Credit card or cash for pocket expenses
12. Sun Protection Cream
13. Personal belongings
14. 1 flag of my country (approx 100cm on long side) to be used in show and other events.
15. Traditional Country souvenir to be given to the organization.

1. If I am elected World Bikini Model International 2015, during my year of reign, I will abide by the rules and conditions set out in this contract. I also agree to stay on after my crowning for further days if I am required to assist at receptions or promotional work. I will be informed when I am in the host country if I will need to stay extra days.

1. If I am elected, during my year of reign, I agree to inform World Bikini Model International 2015. Catwalk Productions International of any agreements, contracts, photo-shoots and declarations so as to ensure they do not put the World Bikini Model International Title in bad image.

1. If I am elected World Bikini Model International 2015 I agree to sign a contract with Catwalk Productions International. I understand that this contract will not hinder me from signing other contracts, which will allow me to further my modeling career.

1. If I am elected World Bikini Model International 2015, I agree to attend the World Bikini Model International 2014 final competition in order to crown the new winner. It is understood that Catwalk Productions International will pay for my flight and accommodation.

1. If I am elected World Bikini Model International 2015, I also agree to take part in other International Pageants, Press Events, etc., within the year if desired by Catwalk Productions International. The inviting country would pay for all the transport and accommodation costs.

1. All awards are subject to fulfillment by the award sponsors and Catwalk Productions International Assume no responsibility for the failure of the sponsors to fulfill their commitment.

1. Exceptional Circumstances: Notwithstanding the terms of this contract, the organization may, as it considers appropriate and for the best interest of the success of the event referred herein, unilaterally alter the terms and conditions required for the contestants and country of origin thereof, as with all other terms that may facilitate the performances and compliance with the adequate participation of the contestants in the subject event. Under no circumstances such alteration shall be interpreted as a waiver of the obligations contemplated in this contract other than those of the organization. Accordingly, the organization may for instance, but not limit to, accept contestants that may not be in strict compliance with the age requirements and allow more than one contestant from one country provided the same are appropriately representing a territory, island, city or other location of tourist significance, with the purpose of promoting and encouraging the presentation of tourist sites that compliment the nature of this Prestigious International Event.

I certify that I have the full knowledge of the advantages and obligations mentioned in this entry form. I have read the contract carefully and fully agree to accept and respect the rules and regulations set out. I declare that this document has been explained and if necessary translated to me and therefore I fully agree with its contents.
