"Talents of Russia"

POSITION

 

1. The aims and objectives of the festival - the contest

 

Identify and support talented youth in different sectors of creativity;

An introduction to the values ​​of national and world culture, are included in the golden fund of the musical and artistic culture of the classical heritage;

Support for talented young people to realize their creative potential;

Creating the conditions for creative communication and identifying talent;

Establishment of creative contacts between teams and between managers

groups;

Engaging in cooperation with leading creative teams of specialists

Professional development and training of managers of creative

groups;

Creating an atmosphere of creative holiday.

 

2. The system of organization of the competition program

 

2.1 The organizing committee of the festival-contest

2.11 Questions on the preparation, implementation, advertising and information support of festival-contest provides the organizing committee, which is composed of representatives of the organizers, editor, director-head of the production group, the chairman of the jury.

2.12 The organizing committee approves the jury of the festival-contest judging protocols, software, and the order of speakers.

2.13 The order of appearance is determined by the Organizing Committee in advance, performances are held both units and private rooms. Sequencing performances bands and singers in the age groups on the nominations carried out by the decision of the organizing committee. The competition is held in one round with the performance of competitive products.

2.14 The organizing committee has the right to use and distribute (without payment of royalties to the participants and guests of the competition), audio and video, print, and other kind of products produced during the events of the competition and its results.

2.15 To publish an article about the group (soloist) on the Web site of the organizers of the festival and for the preparation of the posters of the festival, you must provide an information sheet, which should include the creative biography of the group (soloist), two color photographs (sent electronically).

2.16 The organizing committee has the right to address issues not covered by these Regulations.

2.17 The organizing committee reserves the right to change the rules of the contest.

2.18 Participants of the festival have the right to advertise their sponsor. To this end, member of the Organizing Committee to send information about your company in electronic form: the sponsor's logo (if any), company name, name director.

 

2.2 Participants of the festival - competition:

- In the festival - competition is open to vocal groups; choirs, circus, dance and ballet companies; ballroom dance ensembles; folk instrumental ensembles; master of artistic and decorative - applied art, regardless of age, education and status.

- On festivale- competition may also be present on a common basis by representatives of administrations and departments of culture, media, sponsors, friends and relatives of participants.

The festival competition program held in five age groups:

from 4 to 6 years, from 6 to 8 years, 8 to 10 years, from 10 to 12 years, from 12 to 14 years, from 14-16 years, 16-18 years, 18 to 20 years from 20 -24 years, from 24-28 years of age and older (ages frame may vary depending on the applications received. The team of each age

categories are allowed participants younger or older than the specified age limits). Also in the festival - competition is open to groups of teachers, but a separate application marked "professional."

 

2.3 Location: Regions of Russia

2.5 Nominations of the festival-contest:

- The instrumental work (classical, pop, folk, jazz (solo on various instruments (piano, violin, cello, guitar, balalaika, dombra, bayan, accordion, flute, saxophone, trumpet, synthesizer, percussion), bands (folk instruments, wind instruments, vocal and instrumental, orchestra);

-Vocal works (classical, popular, folk, pop, jazz, choral, group show (solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs);

- Creative dance (folk dance, pop dance, classical dance, modern, modern jazz, free plastic, break-dance, children dance, ballroom dancing

(Solo and ensemble);

- Artistic and decorative - applied art (painting, drawing, floral, souvenirs (knitted toy and souvenir toy);

- Photo art (photo: portrait, landscape, still life);

-teatr fashion (fashion theater and fashion);

- Original genre (fiction reading, circus arts, and others.)

- Theatrical works (miniatures, excerpts from plays, puppet theater, theater sculpture, theater dance, and others.)

- The other category (in accordance with the acceptance of the application).

 

3. Technical requirements for the competition program

 

3.1 teams and individual performers can act as one, and in several categories.

3.2 In all genres in the category of "small forms" (solo, duet, trio) can be represented by

two diverse number of each member of no more than 6 minutes.

3.3 The groups of instrumental, vocal and dance genres can present at 2 different rooms in the same category, for a total of no more than 8 minutes.

3.4 Theatrical groups present competition program of no more than 10 minutes. Competitive play can be performed in any language.

3.5 Theatres modes may display different characters present 2 collections of no more than 6 minutes.

3.6 In the category "arts and crafts" in the competition program are estimated own products / work in the amount of not less than 4 pieces (maximum agreed with the organizing committee). Engineering works - in any freestyle technique. The competition will feature the works of no less than 20 * 30 cm (for artists), with works in the mat of drawing paper, be sure to specify the full name author, age and last name of the teacher.

3.7 In the nomination "photo art" for the contest can be submitted at least 4 shots in one category (the maximum amount agreed with the organizing committee). Photos can be color or black and white, size 20 * 30 cm. Photos are handed an envelope on the back of each picture are indicated - the name of the picture, name author, contact phone, e-mail (if available).

3.8 The soundtrack must be submitted on CD-ROM and flash card.

Requirements: Each recording must be on a separate CD with the name of the carrier band / artist name, title of the work and playing time of the work. Each team must have a backup recording on a CD-ROM and flash card

3.9 Competitive works are performed only under the "minus" soundtrack (may be prescribed "backing vocals" only the chorus). Not allowed vocalists performance in the competitive program with phonogram "plus".

3.10 Meeting and delivery of scenery, props and instruments at the expense of participants.

 

4. The order of competition

 

4.1 Full-time participation

The competition is held in the form of presence of the jury and the public. Entrance to the hall to listen to the competition program is free.

The competition is evaluated by a professional jury.

Decisions of the jury can not be appealed.

Any violation of the rules of the contest entails the loss of points in the evaluation of the choir.

Total (estimated) score contestants provides a further assessment of the audience (the public) and the ability to involve the audience leading to participation in the festival program.

The organizing committee is not responsible for scores exhibiting members of the jury and the awarding of the title of the participants.

 

4.2 Extramural participation

The Organizing Committee of the Festival competition in the approved time available photo and video entries.

Competitive video must contain at least 2 rooms of concert performances; Participants in the "art and decorative and applied arts" provide 4-5 photos.

Full-time and part-time forms of participation are equal.

Members of the correspondence form of participation are notified about the results of the Festival-Contest by e-mail. Diplomas and thank you letters are also sent to the email address of the participant.

 

5. Common criteria for evaluating performances

Participants are evaluated in each category in each age category. The jury evaluates the performance by secret ballot, on the following criteria:

mastery;

artistic expression number (composite, informative and musical unity of the artistic image)

Entertainment (plastic movements, costume, the culture of performance);

performing enthusiasm and originality;

artistry, the disclosure of the artistic image;

selection and matching repertoire to the age characteristics of performers;

assessment of the auditorium.

 

The distribution of prizes in the competition program is based on the minutes of the jury and the number of points on the competition program. The calculation of points is based on the recommended criteria, setting a maximum of ten (10) points by each member of the jury. The jury has the right not to award the prize, awarded two prizes, to assign additional prizes.

The jury's decision at all stages of the competition is final and not subject to appeal.

 

6. Awarding of the participants and the winners

 

Results of the competition and awards ceremony held on the nominations to the award of diplomas:

Grand Prix Winner of I, II, III degree, Diploma of I, II, III degree, Diploma of Diplomas teachers and managers of the best bands and singers, special diplomas and others.

 

7. The competition jury

The organizing committee approves the jury, which is formed of the leading

culture and art in Russia

 

8. Financial conditions (the registration fee)

1500 rub. / Chel.- with each team member

2000 rub. / Chel.- soloist and other small form (up to 5 persons.);

1500 rub. / Chel.- participants of art and applied art, photo art

(18 years);

2500 rub. / Person. - Participant with 18 years and member of a professional.

700 rub. / Person. - Surcharge for each additional category.

 

 

9. How to apply

Applications for participation, a summary of the team and other information material will be accepted until October 28, 2015 G.

 

To participate in the Festival-Competition must be submitted:

application (according to the attached form) in electronic form. On the day of the competitive selection also need to provide the original application, signed and sealed. The application must specify the form of participation (full-time, part-time)

creative biography in electronic form;

2 photos of participants (soloist, group) of good quality for billboards
