1. FOCUS OF THE MEETING

Focus of the meeting is to discuss about the situation with procurements of Eland 1.

2. DATES FOR PROCUREMENTS

NO TENDER YET:

· Interior Electricity nets

- Design is not ready (Only “P-stage” drawings), drawings location on Z: (preliminary)

- Package for the tender (plans from 1 – 4^th floor, monolith)must be ready and forwarded to Tokmakov A, not later than 18.11.11 (2 weeks for receiving offers from contractors)

TENDER IN PROCESS:

· Interior HEPAC nets (without IHP)

- Design is not ready (Only “P-stage” drawings), drawings location on Z: (preliminary)

- Package for the tender (without IHU) sent 17.11.11 (2 weeks for receiving offers from contractors)

· Panels(preliminary start of works middle of January), negotiations with contractors would be next week

- Design is not ready yet.

Factory must have final drawings for the panels not later than 6 weeks,

before start of the production

- Tender for the preparation and delivery of vent blocks must be done separately

- In technical conditions must be shown information according the quality of the surface of panels (Pru), still waiting for the client decision (MSa).

- Till 14.11.11 would be ready drawings (КЖИ) till 4^th flor

- Before negotiations with contractors we must receive refresh drawings of all joints and details (16.11.11), PMi

· Tammet (basement)

- Stop signing of the contract and wait answer from designers (16.11.11)

- Check once again is it need able to refresh drawings

· Foundation and basement (Chosen one contractor – “Stroykomplex”)

- Additional contract of Foundation works can be accept and signed only after recalculating of foundation slap by our designers

- Check once again reinforcement drawings

· Temporary outside nets (electricity)

- Prepare contract with contractor for the project development of temporary electricity nets on the site (ATo)

- Pekka Ruskokivi wondered that till this moment tender is not in the process

- No one Know what is going on with this tender request

- Constant connection to the city electricity cables would be available only at March 2012 (client sent minuets of meeting),before this we need to use diesel-generators

· Tower cranes (in process), contractor would be choose till the 18.11.11

- tender request sent to the applicants

- two possible contractors UM-1 and UM-260

3. SITUATION WITH PROCUREMENT PLAN

- Nearest request for tender would be 21.11.11 for the frame works from 1-25 flor.

4. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS AND MINOR PROCUREMENTS

Subcontractor has following additional works:

1. “Titan” – received offer from contractor according the drainage of foundations (it must be check), recalculate with concrete wells

5. GENERAL ISSUES

In future procurement meetings are going to held at site office every two weeks.
