1. What have you learned from the topic/s?

From Chapter 2 i have learned things that can help me in my student life and in my job. For example: importance of taking notes, Sharpening Listening Skills, and creating code system. I’ve recognized that the more senses I use to learn something, the easier it will be to learn. Also, I have recognized that creating code systems and using abbreviations are very important to take notes easier.

2. How can you apply what you’ve learned in real-life situation or what would be the practical application of the things that you’ve learned?

I think that taking notes is necessary when your are in lecture, because your notes will be a valuable study tool and it will help you recall the lecture. But you should know that some instructors speak very quickly, some of them not. So you have to write words in time by using your created code system or abbreviation. Also, taking notes can be useful in jobs, at home, even in shops when you want to remember products prices.
