Job Description1	One of the main responsibilites of intern, meeting and greeting the hotel guests.
Job Description2	The interns supports for the beverages and food department.
Job Description3	The intern support sales department and intern will manage public relations especially with foreign client. The intern establish communication between guests and board of company.
Job Description4	The intern will be responsible complaint handling. If clients has any problem, intern will interested with them and try to overcome their problems
Job Description5	According to peak working periods, the intern will work front desk activities and support another personnels.

Measurable results expected from the intern	Company has expectations from traniee about communicate with client and the intern manage their process. Also the interns will assessment complaints and according to that intern keep communicate with company managers.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	1)Knowladge about visa process 2)Personal health insurance 3)Medical Certificate 4)Certificate from the police (it proof you don't have any bad things) ** 3. and 4. documents necessary in order to legal process of Dominican Republic. Intern should prepare necessary documents before arrival.

Other Details of the Working Conditions	The trainee will work in one of biggest Hotel Chain in Caribbean and not only - "Barcelo Hotels" www.barcelo.com The hotel provide this compensation in non-monetary format so that is mean free food and accommodation + transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport for the trainee. Also,trainee will be able to use services of hotel once per month.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	The trainee will have the opportunity to work in one of the most important touristic destinations in the Carribbean and will learn about Hotel operations in many areas.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	Caribbean Paradise is a National Project of AIESEC Dominican Republic launched in 2012 that gathers together all the partner Hotels/Hostels from all around the country. The project offers to trainees the opportunity to do an intership and gain knowledge about work in a hotel/hostel. Also, it is an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Dominican life in the Caribbean Paradise at the same time.
