Application Requirements

1. Deadline for submitting applications: April 01, 2013 at 12 PM Moscow time

2. The applications should be submitted in PowerPoint format and not exceed 10 slides. Please send us your application at [e-mail]

3. The presentation structure:

3.1. Team introduction: Please give your names, schools, specialization, expected year of graduation, and a few sentences about each team member. Please indicate how the duties will be divided between the team members. Which of your team members will be the point of contact? Please give the name, email address and phone number for one member of your team.

3.2. Project: What's the name of your project? Which of the following fields does your project fall under: Energy, Life Sciences, Mobile, Product/ Services, and Web/IT? What social/ economic problem are you trying to solve with your project?

3.3. Proposed Milestones: What do you want to achieve this summer? We will work with you to create rigorous yet achievable milestones, but we'd first like to hear from you. Where do you want your team to be by the end of August regarding customers, product, team, and finances?

Please fulfill milestones in four following categories:

- Customer (list of 2-5 milestones): Market Niche, Developing a Persona, Primary Market Research, Securing your First Customer, Decision Making Unit, etc.

- Product (list of 2-5 milestones): Building a Pricing Model, Steps to Successful Product Launch, Refining & Evolving Your Product, etc.;

- Team (list of 2-5 milestones): Employment Policy, Founder Agreements, Developing Company Culture6 etc.

- Finance (list of 2-5 milestones): Legal Issues and Startups, Building Financial Statements, Ways to Raise Capital, etc.
