Discrimination based on gender or sex is a common civil rights violation. We, as young people leaving in the same framework of time tend to share the same rights and possibilities and enjoy the same values that are offered to everybody. Because of the discrimination aspects beside a Unified Europe you can recognize a clear division and this mainly based on religion, culture and society. Gender discrimination in education, employment, equal play and equal opportunities shows that the applicable laws toward any kind of Gender discrimination are not an impediment. One of the reasons is the lack of education and knowledge that forms the attitude and behavior.

The proposed Training Course is coming with the aim to put under the discussion the issue of gender discrimination and come with some tools that will help young people to not to discriminate and be discriminated. It will offer the understanding of the Gender Equality concept and bring up tools for Gender Education.
