1) Firstly, employer should read a questionnaire with some information about a person, who applying for a job, or his CV & letter of application. Then if he made a good impression, an employer can call him & invite to the interview. There are 4 types of interview, which help an employer to find the best candidate:

1. One-to-one interview – 1 interviewer & 1 interviewee.

2. Panel – 2 interviewers & 1 interviewee.

3. Serial – 1 interviewee visits different interviewers one after another.

4. Group – group of candidats & some interviewers.

It depends on kind of job, what type of interviw would prefere employer. For example, if he wants to find a good team player, he wold make a group interview, where he could see how candudates communicate with each other & how could they solve different problems in team. Or an employer want to find a good manager, he would prefere a serial interview to see how this person could communicate with different people in various situations.

 

2) Today practically all unemployed people want to find a job. But how could they do this? Firstly person who wants to find a job should find a vacancy. Nowdays there is a huge ammount of special newspapers, where employers want to find a suitable person for the free position. Also you can visit different sites, where is also a lot of suggestions. Besides there are many companies, which can help you to find a job for some summ of money. Or you can go to labour exchange, where spesial prople will help you free of charge.

 

3) For both for employer & employee very important things are job requirements & benefits. Requiremets help employer to choose worker. Usually they are: age, family status, education, professioal experience, social skills & also hard skills, activities & references. All this information can help employer to understand wether this person is sutiable for this job or not. But employee should also know what benefits could this company give him. For example, bonuses for extra or good work, or when company gives you an apportunety to visit a swimming pool or a sport gym, for example, free of charge. Or when company gives to its workers passes for their children in summer camps.

 

4) When person choose a job, he should write a CV & letter of application. In his CV he must tell some information about himself like age, family status, education, professioal experience, social skills & also hard skills, activities & references. In letter of application he should also tell some information about himself, explain why he want to get this job & persuade an employer that he is the best person for this position. Than if he make a good impression an employer will call him & invite on the interview.

 

5) Headhunters are special people, who try to find or more often to pirate best workers in companies, by offering them more remunerative contracts. I’m not sure, but they are independent people or can work in special company. Company, which asks headhunters to find or to pirate workers pay them money. They play really important role in business, because company’s staff & wethere it consists of valuable, good workers or not depends on headhunters.

 

6) In my view, the most important stage in recruitment for candidat is to write good CV & applicational letter & hence to make good impression. Because on this depeds wether the employer invite you on the interview or not & of caurse interview is not less important factor. For employer, in my judgment, the most important stage is to choose the right type of interview:

1. One-to-one interview – 1 interviewer & 1 interviewee.

2. Panel – 2 interviewers & 1 interviewee.

3. Serial – 1 interviewee visits different interviewers one after another.

4. Group – group pf candidats & some interviewers.

Because he must test the person, who applying for a job & understand is he sutiable for it or not.

7) In my opinion, appearance – it’s our visit card, that’s why we have to look stylish, tidy, to make good make up & haircut. An employer would prefere worker with pleasant & neat appearence RATHER than candidat, who looks like untidy. Thats why there are even books with rulles not only how to fly right on the interview, but also how to dress, what make up prefere ect. Besides your appearance is very important, when you are a social worker. Because when you communicate with people, they look at you & in different situations their choice depends on the appearance of communicator, even not on the appearance, but wether you look like tidy or not. Because, for example, no one wants to to conclude a treaty with slovenly businessman. Of course we don’t think about it, we make our choice subconsciously.



 

9) First of all the candidate is asked general questions such as working experience, education. But sometimes in order to check how a person will behave in substandard situations he may be asked unexpected questions, such as hobby or his negative qualities.

 

10) Of caurse what qualities a candidat must possess depends on the position he would like to get. For example, if you are going to be a teacher you should be sociable, kind, also you should know your subject, besides you should be good psychologist to know how to communicate with children. Or if you want to be a doctor you must be not only good specialist in this area, but also you should be patiant, kind & sympathetic. But there are some qualities that should be in any worker, for example, employee should be responseble, reliable & assiduous.
