Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarships & ZSTU IntЎЇl Student Scholarships	MasterЎЇs and Doctoral degree candidates	— MasterЎЇs degree candidates: at least hold a bachelorЎЇs degree; — Doctoral degree candidates: at least hold a masterЎЇs degree; — Have a competitive academic record in undergraduate or graduate education; — Two letters of recommendation by professors or associate professors from universities candidates graduate; — Have a valid HSK certificate at or above Band 4 (for those who apply for the programs instructed in Chinese language) — Under the age of 35 for MasterЎЇs candidates and 40 for doctoral candidates for Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarships	—Non-Chinese citizens —Abide by the laws, regulations and rules of the PeopleЎЇs Republic of China and ZSTU —Have a good reputation, respect teachers and fellow students —Both physically and mentally healthy —NOT win any other scholarships in China
