ÄI have enrolled him/her to the youth exchange «SAILBOAT» oganised by the organisation Cap à cité of Etables sur mer, from 23^rd of July to 03^rd of August.

ÄI have read the rules of the leisure center which hosts the youth exchange.

ÄI supplied the necessary documents requested, namely:

- the registration and authorization form of 2014

- the medical form

- the photocopy of the vaccination certificate

The organization Cap à cite doesn’t provide liability insurance.
