Procedures to buy all uncancelled bonds including Mexican.
All our 235 Mexican bonds are already authenticated by PASS-CO. This includes our 92 Santa Anna's.
The buyer checks our references and makes sure that we are honest, knowledgeable, and of course dependable.
The buyer comes in person and must be ready, willing, and able to wire funds to pay the intermediary and the seller on the very day of inspection.
The buyer inspects the bonds, wires the funds, he signs a basic "Offering Disclosure" statement, we give him a proper invoice and give him the bonds.
DONE.
We do not do escrows, no contracts, no deposits, etc. We keep it simple.
If the buyer needs additional paperwork, packages, or wants the seller to get involved in other ways with programs, trade platforms, or requires that the above simple procedures have to be changed. We regret that we cannot do business.
"Real" buyers have to feel comfortable in dealing with us. The best way to establish that we are "real" sellers is to phone PASS-CO and ask them about us.
I hope you can find a "real" buyer. They are very rare!!!
