Dear Ms Rychkova,

I was extremely concerned to receive your letter and have looked into the matter very closely. I fully share your disappointment and dissatisfaction with the work you received. I hope you will accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of the whole 11-A class. I have discussed this matter with the individuals concerned. While there is no excuse, my classmates who were absent, have no explanations. I would like to assure you that we will attend your lessons in the future.

We regularly receive accusations from dissatisfied teachers, however we are trying to do our best to change something in ourselves. Although, to be absolutely certain of avoiding any same difficulties in the future I have enclosed my personal care. Do not hesitate to ring me the next time you are planning to visit our class so I can ensure that there will be someone to accompany you.
