Two months ago Mr.Smith bought a weeding dress for his bride using the WeedBeauty.com. One week ago the dress was sent to him. The problem was that the dress was not practically weeding, moreover, he received it only after one month waiting instead of ten days.He wrote a letter of complaint.

Dear Mr. Brown,

I was extremely concerned to receive your letter and have looked into the matter very closely. I certainly understand your frustration and dissatisfaction with the dress you received. I hope you will accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of our company.

I suppose it was an error in our service dispatch, so shipping addresses were mixed. I personally find this situation completely unacceptable, so we assure that we will immediately take appropriate measures to improve our level of service.
