E-mail to your boss
Dear participant,

Just after your conversation with Maria, your boss received an email from your boss Mr. Housewood. You had told him about your meeting with Maria. Now, he would to know how the conversation went and on what you agreed with Maria. Especially, he would like to get your opinion on how likely it is that Maria will be able to get to the expected performance level within the next couple of weeks since he is considering taking her on a very important project starting in March. He is asking for your advice in that matter.
