Dear Mark Lapin:
On 17th May this year, I bought a «Spring bouquet 2014» (serial number: 00012) at your main store located on Aptekarsky Street at 17:00. I paid with cash, but I have a copy of the receipt.
Unfortunately, your product has not proved itself because as soon as I unpacked the flowers, they turned out to be rotten. I am very disappointed because I paid the full price for high quality flowers and recieved a pack of rotten salks.
To resolve the problem, I would ask you to return my money back. I would also like an exchange, a new bouquet off charge. Enclosed are copies of my records (receipt, guarantee, a photo of unpacked rotten flowers).
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and I will wait until next month before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at +79817469200.
Sincerely,
Polina Nadezhdina
