What comes in our minds when we think about the school? We have the flashbacks about our classmates, teachers, more precisely about the women teachers. In most schools in our country is a rarity to meet the male teacher in school, all school subjects are taught by women.

This days woman can work in almost any profession, except the most dangerous of course. Teacher is the most popular women's profession in the world now. In Russia, only 17% of teachers are male teachers and the rest 83% are female teachers. On the other hand historical facts shows us that the most successful and prominent teachers was a male teachers.

Teacher-man sounds good, however, if he is a professional. In elementary school, children are close to the female teachers just because that they are small, but a good teacher can not only teach, but also cheer up. Later, adolescents need a wise, but firm leadership. In terms of knowledge there is no difference if the teacher loves what he teaches. But a good teacher - is a mentor too, isn't it?

I think that this is not about the sex of the person, this is about how he is creative, interesting and how can he approach to the subject. I saw a lot of male and women teachers, which can masterfully present knowledge. It depends on a person, not sex. This is the question of charisma and sincerity. After all, when a person teaches just for the salary it is not good. Teacher must have a passion for what he does.

In the end, I would say that each teacher has its own teaching methods, the main thing - the result.
