Requirements for the PR-project “Students’ PR-projects Fair”

of the V Open Student Forum “PR-kvetka-2012”

«Students’ PR-projects Fair» includes next sections:

§ PR-projects in the social sphere;

§ PR-projects in the commercial sphere;

§ PR-projects in sport (special nomination).

There are two stages of the competition. At the first stage of the Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject non-conforming materials.

First stage. Participants have to e-mail the project description in MS Word format by e-mail [e-mail] until March 20, 2012 (in the subject line state: “Students’ PR-projects Fair”). Registration form (available at www.pr-kvietka.info) should be filled out and attached.

The description of the project should contain the following points:

§ goals of the project;

§ objectives of the project;

§ PR-methods of their achievement;

§ general description of the concept;

§ achieved/expected results.

Second stage. Those projects that will meet the requirements of the Organizing Committee will be selected for presenting in person to jury, guests and participants of the forum. Participants have to support their performance by e-presentations. The time given for the defense (presentation) of the project - 5 minutes.

Requirements for the theoretical and practical conference

of the V Open Student Forum “PR-kvetka-2012”

Only theoretical and practical works on PR communication are admitted. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject non-conforming materials.

Participants have to e-mail theses of their works (up to three full pages) in MS Word format to: [e-mail] until March 20, 2012 (in the subject line state: " Conference "). Registration form (available at www.pr-kvietka.info) should be filled out and attached.

The content and parameters of theses:

 description of the object of study, goals and objectives; the results and their practical application;

 formatting: Times New Roman, size - 14; margins: top - 2 cm, bottom - 2,5 cm, left - 2,5 cm, right - 2,5 cm, line spacing - 1.5, paragraph indent - 1.25.

Duration of performance: up to 10 minutes.
