The contract period begins on the actual date of the artists's arrival in China and continues through a _____day period. Any extensions of such a term must be agreed upon in writing between the artists and Nightlook artist unless there is some type of unforeseen illness as outline in section 4.f. The artists agrees to give Nightlook artist exclusive rights to his or her person and services while in China and will not engage in any other form of employment in China without prior written approval. The artists agrees not to work with any other agencies or provide any sort of artists services in China for one year following the artists 's departure.

8)when you want to leave must be finish currently job and before 2 weeks let Nightlook Agency know.

9)first: make the salary in month two times,15days one payment,first payment we will keep 8days salary as the deposit,when you want to leave or contract finished will all return for you.

10)and the job will be tour or in residence.

11)_____and drink with client maximum 100RMB(this money only for you) for twenty minutes,just depend on the client.and you can sell the drinks and you can take the commission, from this 15%.

1 (a) After careful consideration, I hereby appoint Nightlook artist and engage Nightlook artist as my exclusive personal manager throughout China for the Management Period (as hereinafter defined) in connection with all aspects of my career and to the extent set forth below, and Nightlook artist hereby consents to act as my personal manager for that Management Period. As and when requested by me, Nightlook artist agrees to perform for me one or more of the following services in connection with my career:

(i)providing advice and counsel regarding: the selection or consideration of career opportunities, photographers, and advertisers; the selection or creation of vehicles for my talents as a model or personality; all matters pertaining to publicity, public relations and advertising; the adoption of the proper format of presentation of me to the modeling and advertising industries; general practices in the modeling and advertising industries; make-up, hair, composites, and the formation of a portfolio;

(ii)developing, negotiating, organizing, and administering income-producing opportunities available as a result of my stature in the fashion industry (e.g. licensing, endorsement, personal appearances, publishing, etc.);

(iii)sending invoices and statements to clients and customers of mine;

(iv)collecting fees for me and advancing me sums of money against my outstanding receivables, subject to the terms set forth in this agreement;

(v)evaluating and advising as to requests for the use of my name, photograph, likeness, or other item intended to make reference to me ("artist Identification");

(vi)providing such other services as will from time to time be mutually agreed upon.

(b)I further understand that the decision to use my services is made by the particular customer and not Nightlook and, therefore, Nightlook cannot guarantee, and does not make any guaranty or representation, as to the type or number of modeling or other assignments that I will receive as a result of this Agreement. I further understand that Nightlook is not my employer but it controls the terms and conditions of my services. Such supervision and control is the subject of the relationship between me and any firm, which engages me to perform services for it.Nightlook will determine the terms and conditions of my services in consultation with me and will notify me of offers for my services or for use of the Model Identification, which come to its attention.

2. The artist as follows:

(a)Foreign party entertainer in the tour arrangements, go to the place of performance journey distant transport as much as possible (aircraft, chartered buses, taxis, and high-speed rail moving car), special small cities abroad, the case of the use of high-speed rail moving vehicles, the best do not more than six hours.

(b) The foreign parties artist in the tour arrangements, accommodation hotel standard; hotel to be more than three-star standard can be admitted.

3.Nightlook artist expectations and requirements:

(a) The artist agrees to keep all terms and conditions in this contract confidential.

(b) The artist agrees to be punctual and attend all castings, go-sees, rehearsals and jobs organized by Nightlook artist and any affiliated clients. artist reserves the right to demand payment for any loses suffered if the artist chooses to miss or arrive late for such appointments for reasons deemed trivial by Nightlook artist.

(c) artist is required to provide his or her own items of clothing if requested by the client.

(d) If the artist thinks he/she will be unable to attend an appointment for a valid reason, the artist must provide Nightlook artist with advance notice, so that Nightlook artist can accommodate the absence.

(e) In the event of illness, Nightlook artist reserves the right to demand a doctor's note and/or some form of medical proof.

(f) If the artist is sick and unable to attend appointments for an extended period of time, Nightlook artist reserves the right to demand an extension of the artistЎЇs contract equal to the duration of the artistЎЇs illness.

(g) The artist must adhere and abide by all the laws of the People's Republic of China. The artist accepts full responsibility for his/her actions while in China and understands that Nightlook artist will not interfere or protect the model against prosecution for criminal actions.Nightlook artist will not accept any liability or responsibility for unlawful actions committed by the model and will terminate the contract following such an event.

4.Apartment rules and expectations:

(a) Apartment and room mates will be decided upon by the agency.

(b) Nightlook artist must keep the apartment clean and in good order at all times.

(c) No international calls can be made from the apartment phone.

(d) Nightlook artist is responsible for any costs due to damage or negligence while in the apartment.

6.Nightlook artist reserves the right to terminate the contract in the following events:

(a) If the artistЎЇs measurements prove to be different from those stated prior to arrival.

(b) If the artist fails to inform Nightlook Ў®s artist of any changes in appearance prior to arrival.

(c) If the artist fails to remain healthy and in good physical appearance, which negatively effects his/her performance.

(d) If artistЎЇs receives numerous sustainable complaints regarding the model's attitude, appearance, performance or professionalism.

(e) If the artist engages in any illegal or criminal acts under Chinese law including the use of illegal narcotics.

(f) If the artist fails to attend assignments on numerous occasions without providing adequate notice.

(g) If the artist negotiates with any other agencies or clients while in China.

If Nightlook artist cancels the contract for any of the above reasons, the artist to repay any advancements given to him/her. In addition. If the cancellation is due to any other reasons other than those mentioned above, Nightlook artist will pay the artist all earnings accumulated to the point of cancellation minus any outstanding expenses.

7.I acknowledge that, as of the date of this Agreement, I am not a party to any agreement with any artist management or talent agency unless acknowledged in this agreement. I hereby represent and warrant toNightlook artist that I am not a party to, or bound by, any contract, the terms of which would be inconsistent with or contrary to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. I agree to indemnifyNightlook artist from any claims arising from any breach of this representation and warranty.

8.During the Management Period, I grant to Nightlook artist the right to use my name, likeness, voice, biography, or other item intended to make reference to me in connection with promoting Nightlook artists and me., during or after the management period.

9.This writing constitutes the entire agreement between us and may not be changed or modified except by a writing signed and dated by the party or parties to be charged thereby.

AGREEMENT

In addition to the contract by Nightlook artist hereunder are the terms of the agreement for artists reference:

1. PERFORMANCE

The artists agrees that at all times during the working period, he/she will proudly, faithfully and conscientiously follow the agencyЎЇs and the clientЎЇs reasonable instructions, requests and rules including those involving artistic taste and judgment regarding costume, make-up and hair styles. REMEMBER YOU ARE PAID FOR THAT BOOKING!

2. DEFAULT

If the artists refuses to work or to go on castings/tests for any reason other than incapacity, the artists agrees to pay for all the damages, which the clients asked.

3. INCAPACITY

If the artists becomes incapacitated for castings or works because of illness, accident, disfigurement or physical disability more than 7 days, the contract will be terminated.

4. STUFF TO BRING

The artists agrees to bring the items listed below for the casting and artists assignment: It is important to look & be professional & a good, complete model bag will be your advantage.

Shoes: Style- low/mid/hi heels, sandals, short and high boots, casual shoes & white tennis shoes

Color-black, brown, beige, white are the most important and basic colors.

Underwear: skin color, white and black (also strapless bra), g-string

Bathing Suit: a bikini and a one piece

Stockings: matching colors

Accessories: costume jewelry, sunglasses, cosmetic, hairdryer, alarm clock

MEN

Formal Suit

Shoes: black, brown & beige dress shoes, casual shoes and white tennis shoes are mandatory.

Pants: black, tan, gray and white are mandatory

Shirts: An assortment of dress and polo shirts

Accessories: sunglasses, eyeglasses, a dress watch

Assorted Ties, Belts, Socks, Swimsuit, Business Suit, Alarm clock

5. COMPOSITES

The Nightlook agency shall make and design the artistsЎЇs composite without permission from the artist. Nightlook will not be able to use any comps not made and ordered by them.
