Exchange description

Participants: youngsters,youth workers,educators –minimum age 18 years old

Aim: a better awarness about importance of key comepetences and recognition certificates for personal development and accesing the labour market

Methodology is based on nonformal education,main methods interactive workshops based on arts,theater,debates,role plays

Activities: - games – ice breaaking, socializing,role plays

-introduction workshops

- workshops

- cultural visits in Busteni, Sinaia,Bran,Brasov

- intercultural evenings

Venue: Busteni, Romania

Accomodation and food: Pensiunea Cristina Busteni (rooms of two – three persons with private bathroom and shower)

Activities: outdoor and at the location
