Job Description
Department the intern will be working	Multicultural Education
Job Description1	Interns will prepare presentation about their countries according to each school requirements. They will also teach English and their own language by working in cooperation with local teachers.
Job Description2	The program at schools will take form of presentations, discussions, quizzes and other interactive activities which will depend on interns creativity and school requirements.
Job Description3	Interns will create content and organize Cultural festivals in the schools and orphanages. The interns will participate in global village (cultural festival).
Job Description4	Trainees will organise and lead discussion clubs for external enviroment (in cafe, art-clubs, libraries etc). They will also work in language centers.
Job Description5	Participate in host LC activities within the internship period. The interns will have one week before the project starts for final preparation, team building and having trainings in different areas
Job Description6	Needs of the program and its agenda will be set by schools in cooperation with AIESEC. There is a CEED opportunity for AIESECers
Measurable results expected from the intern	The increase of students’ English level 70%. The increase of tolerance and cultural understanding.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	Interns should gather information about situation in cultural, social, political and economic areas in their countries. Be ready to perform something in traditional style (dance, song etc.) For more details you will be sent a booklet by e-mail.

Other Details of the Working Conditions	Free accommodation: interns live together in the student's homes, dorms, and hostels or at interns flat. Separate bed, changing host not more than 2 times. Own laptop is obligatory.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	Work in international team; giving presentations for different age groups; learn new things about culture of Russia; English practicing; facilitation and presentation skills development; social communication skills.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	We are looking mainly for proactive people who will dare to be role model and share own experience and stories. Apart from that, we are looking for Gleeks, people who will be able(or just want) to sing and dance, so we could make some performances together.
