How you can spot a lier?

I wanna present you some facts from some books of psychology and facts from my life. In nowadays a lot of people like psychology. I real like non-verbal language- this is a language of body and it has a direct link with your emotions, you can't control this gestures(жесты) without training. This is one of good ways to spot a lier- verbal gestures(words, I mean), it's just words, nothing more, but non-verbal language, it's you mind, your thinks and your real emotions, you can't hide this.

Micro-gestures, about this type of gestures Paul Eckman(really famous american psychologist) wrote a lot in his book "Lie to Me" and show a lot in famous serial with same name. Some gestures can help you spot lier immediately, some can't. micro-gestures refers to immediately type, because you can't control it.

One of the main mistakes when you lie, you don't know this gestures, that's why some people can spot that you lie.

some clues can help you spot a lier- when somebody look to the left, or touch his neck when talk with you.

But, everybody exactly must(!!) know that is really hard, spot a lier, but after many trainings you can make! believe in yourself, and just do it!
