Job Title: Visa Support Administrator

Based in: Volzhsky

 

Real Russia are a multi-award winning travel and visa specialist company with five European offices including sites in the UK, Russia and Romania. We are an expert in providing train tickets, visas, trans-Siberian Tours, city breaks, accommodation, transfers and excursions to the general public directly as well as business and corporate partners. Travel and visa services are delivered to tens of thousands of clients every year travelling mostly to Russia, China, Mongolia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, central Asian countries, and others.

 

We are now seeking a full-time Visa Support Administrator to join our existing team in our Volzhsky office.

Main Role: First point of contact for potential, new and existing visa and visa support customers

 

Key responsibilities:

 

1. Respond to incoming general visa, visa support and registration enquires via different channels of communication including email, telephone and live-chat.

2. Identify what service best meets customers travel requirements and advise accordingly

3. Guide customers though Russian, Chinese, Mongolian, Belarus, Kazakh and other visas and visa support documents application processes including but not restricted to necessary documents, processing times and prices depending on nationality and visa type to be applied for.

4. Inform existing customers on status of their order using visa and visa support back-end as a point of reference

5. Maintain visa, visa support databases and reports with accurate information

6. Liaise with internal teams (mostly Visa Team in London), partners and affiliates to facilitate visa and visa support services

7. Note any technical issues as well as issues with website content (wrong, out-of-date information) reported internally or by customers and pass these onto the IT team

8. Assist with any relevant ad-hoc tasks as and when required

 

We are looking for someone with the right personality, attitude and passion for providing a first-class customer service. The successful candidate should ideally have a prior office administration and customer service experience as well as:

• High level of proficiency in English

• Second foreign language would be an advantage, but not essential

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good telephone manners

• Computer literate including use of Microsoft Office and the Internet

Although similar work experience would be useful, it is important that you are:

 

• Self-motivated

• Organized and able to manage your time

• Flexible

• Focused

Contract: Permanent

Salary: 20, 500 RUB per month “in hand”, rising upon successful completion of any probation period to 24,000 per month “in hand”

Start date: The successful candidate should start at their very earliest opportunity.
