Title:	member of Organizational Committee of “Language School”
Reports to:	Organizational Committee President of “Language School”
Area of work:	Communications

Job purpose:

The OC Com of “Language School” is responsible for the informational support of the project by finding media partners and negotiating with them to ensure the citizens are aware of the project and its current events.

Job responsibilities:

· Attend Key Training and Advanced Training and receive education on team membership and external relations

· Attend Goal-Setting Training and work with the own Personal Development Plan

· Create the Communication plan

· Prepare all the press-materials

· Find media partners and inform them about the project events

· Organize PR events

· Create marketing materials and ensure their delivery

· Monitor all the media appearances
