How to remove all ibm notes profiles from a computer.

#01. Close ibm notes.

#02. With a view of your desktop, press the “F3” key.

#03. Input:
*
within the search box.

#04. Click “Custom…”.

#05. Input:
C:\
right of the “Checkmark” click “Add”, and then click “OK”.

#06. Replace the “*” in the search box, with:
notes.ini

#07. Click the “Name” header.

#08. Scroll to find, and click to select a file named “notes”. The “Type” should be labeled: “Configuration settings”.

#09. Right click the resulting “notes.ini” file, and then click “Edit”.

#10. Press the down arrow key six times.

#11. Delete everything after the sixth line.

#12. Click “Close”.

#13. Click “Save”.

#14. Replace “notes.ini” in the search box, with:
*.nsf

#15. Select all resulting “*.nsf” files.

#16. click “Organize” and then click “Delete”.

#17. Replace the “*.nsf” in the search box, with:
*.id

#18. Click the “Type” header.

#19. With the “user.id” file selected, click “Organize” and then click “Delete”.

#20. When you start lotus notes, you will be prompted to go though the initial setup.
