To introduce the author of this publication, which, incidentally, is not the first time appears in the "ZS", give just one quote: "If mathematics confuse their science, the amateurs have the right to criticize and offer the concept" Shamrovsky A.D. Without knowledge of arithmetic multiplication table (TAM 1) computers confined to clerical scores. But it turned out that in addition to arithmetic, there is also a table of algebraic multiplication. (TAM 2). Ignorance of the latter led to the fact that all the calculations on computers perform only addition and subtraction, as in the scores. Moreover, ignoring the TAM 2 incredibly confused math. Starting from Cardano (XVI century) appeared contrary to the science imaginary and complex numbers. Then, single natural integers transformed into a double integer and not natural. Then there was a mathematically undefined concept set up to empty, equivalent to zero. Thus arose the modern applied mathematics implemented on the basis of the theorem on the optimal set, ie best, solutions. The stupidity of the name is obvious. What then can be said about the content of this theorem, in which all calculations are performed by computing fit for the intended result. And all these mathematical perversions have been provoked by negative numbers that being multiplied according to TAM 2, indeed remain negative. Moreover, plus signs, as signs of addition in negative polynomials in multiplication give a minus sign.

TAM 2 comprises four circuit multiplication signs, including:
1. The existing scheme of characters, suitable only for signs of action (addition and subtraction) multiplied positive polynomials: (a - b) x (a - b) if a more than b.
2. Arrangements of the opposite current, suitable only for signs of negative actions multiplied polynomials:
(a - b) x (a - b) at a less than b.
3. Arrangements of numbers that is different from the existing in that the negative
multiplied by minus gives a minus, not a plus.
4. Scheme of complex multiplication when to avoid confusion while multiplying signs of negative numbers and signs subtraction signs of negative numbers change character.

In addition, for complex operations (multiplication, division, exponentiation, square root, etc..) the process affects the calculating mathematical factor of time, which in modern mathematics represented only exponent in the calculation of compound interest.

Introduction of the TAM 2 and the time factor to mathematics eliminates this science from all the paradoxes are not peculiar to it, makes the result of each calculation the only and the best that will allow humanity to solve all its problems.

Algebraic multiplication table (TAM 2) is the apex of a new
mathematical concepts (NMC). The initial phase of NMC in the form of the article "Transfering of Mathematics from its curren false way of development to the righteous" with professor Shamrovskiy review was sent to "Ukrainian Mathematical Journal" (Ukrain), Kiev, Ukraine.

The reviewed papers devoted to the terms of the previous centuries of mathematics problems solved in mathematics of the twentieth century. You can agree or not with it, as modern mathematics declares the construction of mathematical structures by people. From this perspective, other designs are possible except common.

It should be noted that in school mathematics and mathematics courses in technical universities it usually presented mathematics of nineteenth and previous centuries. Schoolchildren and future engineers are not introduced or very little introduced with modern mathematical concepts. This is due to their high degree of complexity.

Known attempts to reform the secondary school on the basis of modern views started with France and continued in many other countries, including the Soviet Union collapsed. Moreover, they have led to a negative view of mathematics as an abstract science, is not required for the applications. This view is, oddly enough, promoted mathematicians (school of Bourbaka). It was emphasized that no more than 5% of modern mathematics applied in applications.

Thus, we have an outdated math, set out in the school and put it modern mathematics, available only to a narrow circle of specialists (and often only required by them).
In view of the foregoing it can be assumed that they have a right to exist, and such amateurishly written work as under review.

If mathematicians confuse their science, the amateurs have the right to criticize them and to offer their concepts.

In this article, was given real idea of "imaginary unit" and it was justified by the lack of mathematics imaginary and complex numbers.
However, the article was not published on the basis of such a review.
Review of the work R.A. Lizhdvoy “Transfering of Mathematics from its current false way of development to the righteous”.

In the article " Transfering of Mathematics from its current false way of development to the righteous " the author recommends to build arithmetic of numbers based on his proposed rules. However, in the beginning he introduces the symbol «i» and postulates that i = - 1. This contradicts the previously postulated they i2 = - 1.

So, unfortunately, the proposed system of notation contains internal contradictions and can not be used to build meaningful algebraic explanations. I believe that this article does not meet the requirements of the scientific work. 06.11. 2007.

The final (detailed) version of the NMC in the form of the article "The algebraical multiplication table (TAM 2)" was sent consequently to the journal "Stock market", "Ukrainian Mathematical Journal" * (Kiev, Ukraine) and "The news of universities, mathematics" (Kazan, Russia), but has not been published because of the alleged lack of mathematical novelty in it.

This led me to state NMC in a popular science version and publish it in the said newspaper with circulation of 31 thousand copies.
There is also a review of the "Evaluation of NMC by higher mathematics teacher in Medical University" (A.E.Prokopchenko).

It expressly states that the in presence of NMC the introduction to the mathematics of imaginary and complex numbers and all its further development on their basis comparable with the raving lunatic. Such numbers are fundamentally contradict math because the graphical combination of numerical axes «a» and «bi» in one line complex number «a+bi» is not geometrically, and the sign «i» becomes a symbol of coding of a minus sign of negative number for complex calculations (on the fourth circuit TAM 2) of not integrable pairs of numbers .

While graphic combining of the referred numerical axes it is feasible both the exponentiation by multiplication of not integrable a+bi, and the extraction of the square root by method of solving systems of equations and so .

Therefore, mutually perpendicular of the axes numerical «a» and «bi» is not caused by the need of the geometric representation of complex numbers but the necessity of engaging in computational algebra trigonometry methods (method of Moivre and others.). At the same time, without complex and double numbers all other rational arsenal of complex calculations is stored. Features TAM 2 are determined only from the point of its existence. Evaluation of modern mathematics from the perspective of NMC is rational and appropriate.

Criticism of the NMC from the standpoint of contemporary mathematics does not make sense, even given the fact that the existing mathematics forced detours to compensate for not being implemented, but the inherent position TAM 2. TAM 2 is the most important position of the NMC. Thanks to it, each computation is completed with only the best result expressed by the real number as opposed to the current applied mathematics, functioning on the basis of "Theorems on the set of optimal solutions."

A vivid confirmation of this is the calculation of the equation of Cardano by the Gordner – Bezu method.

Based on this, the main theorem of algebra actually reads the equation of п- degree has one solution and п roots. The first root of it is determined by direct solution of the equation, and the rest - consistent solution of the corresponding equations of the lower order.

Table arithmetic multiplication TAM 1 is fully confirmed by its application in the calculations. This fully applies to algebraic multiplication table TAM 2.

These examples clearly illustrate the uncharted computing capabilities that are based on the TAM 2 acquires mathematics after its deliverance from contradicting it imaginary and complex numbers and all those stupid things that are embedded in it based on them.

The term "Complex numbers" was proposed by Gauss in 1831. The introduction of complex numbers does many mathematical consideration more uniform and clear and is an important step in the development of the concept of number. Complex numbers are now used in the mathematical description of many questions of physics and technology (in hydrodynamics, Aeromechanics, electrical engineering, nuclear physics, and so on). This situation took place in mathematics because of unfamiliarity of mathematicians with TAM 2 as imaginary and complex numbers to some extent made up for them by their unenlightenment in this matter. But the introduction of TAM 2 to mathematics fully retains all the rationality of complex calculations, but without the complex numbers, and defines the path of its further development.

By TAM 2 at i = -1: i / i = -(1/i); i= - (1/i). So [1/(i)]= 1.
As a direct negative number i = -1, the inverse negative number 1/ i = 1. This unknown to Rutherford mathematical relationship was intuitively put by him in 1911 as the basis of a mathematical model of the atom , where the p, e and n are forming an atom protons, electrons, and neutrons in equal amounts «k», i.e.

Therefore, the calculation by the imaginary and complex numbers, in principle, contrary to the mathematical essence of the material world and defined with them the thermonuclear processes can lead to unpredictable results.
