Transportation and accommodation.

The top priority for business travelers is good organization of their business trip. Generally, a Secretary or a Personal Assistant is responsible for it. Travel arrangements involve booking tickets for a plane or train, transport to and from the airport, booking accommodation, making appointments and arranging meetings. People use various means of transport to get from one place to another. Many people like travelling by air as it is the fastest way of travelling. A lot of people like travelling by train because they can look at villages, forests and fields through windows. Some people like to travel by car. There they can go as slowly or as fast as they like. They can stop whenever and wherever they want.

Nowadays people who go on business mostly travel by air, as it is the fastest means of traveling. Passengers are requested to arrive at the airport two hours before departure time on international flights and an hour before on domestic flights as there must be enough time to complete the necessary airport formalities. Sometimes you have to wait because your flight was delayed or you have a long wait between connections. There are some airport hotels where you can stay for a night or just a few hours. You can check in and you don not have to make a reservation. To check out you can use a credit card or pay the bill by cash.

Accommodation can be chargeable or free. Hotels are classified by type into the following groupings: conference/business hotels, spa hotels, summer hotels, resort hotels, estate hotels, residential hotels and motels. A mode of accommodation refers to different means of lodging. In the accommodation statistics, overnight stays are broken down by means of lodging into the following groups: 1) room, cottage, chalet, bungalow 2) caravan, travel trailer, camp siye and 3) tent or other. The number of bed-places indicates how many persons can be accommodated in an establishment at the same time. Rooms may be single, double or multiple. It depends on whether they are equipped for sleep for one, two or several people. So you may choose any type of transport and accommodation you want.
