Dear Mr. Hotchner,
I had ordered the PocketBook 640, Dark Blue, order number 24680 on your web-site ozon.ru on 5th of May. On 12th of May I had got a message, that my order was than available to be received at the local post office. Unfortunately, the device is defective, because it has no switch on/off button. I regret to inform you that my phone-call complaints to your personnel have yielded no results.
I request you to either replace the product with a functioning new one or refund the money within 5 days.
I have never been let down by any of your devices in the past and I look forward to your immediate acting on the situation.
I am enclosing a copy of my receipt.
