Contract of selling/purchasing the kitten

CONTRACT OF SELLING/PURCHASING THE KITTEN

This Contract is concluded between the owner of the WCF cattery "" – Mrs. _________________________ hereinafter is called the “Seller”, on one side, and Mrs._______________, hereinafter is called the “Buyer”, on the other side,

as follows:

1. The subject of the contract

1.1. The Seller sells the kitten and the Buyer acquires the rights of the Owner of that kitten:

2. Conditions of selling the kitten

2.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the kitten at the moment of concluding the Contract and specified in paragraph 1.1. of this Contract. But the Seller does not give any guarantees for the future concerning his show career and reproductive characteristics.

2.2. The Buyer agrees to provide the purchased kitten proper care and maintenance, regular veterinary care and vaccinations.

2.3. The Buyer is aware that any kind of animal cruelty (starvation, lack of drinking, beatings and other kinds of violence), is contrary to the principles of humanity and entails criminal responsibility.

2.4. The animal should not be caged or have free access to the street and not on the gazebo (unattended).

2.5. The Seller confirms that the kitten is completely healthy on the day of purchasing (It is confirmed by a special veterinary certificate). However, the Buyer may check the health of the kitten in a veterinary clinic with a state license, within 5 days after purchasing a kitten (at their own expense).

2.6. Up to the day of purchase the kitten is degelmintized, vaccinated against infectious diseases – everything is reflected in the veterinary passport, attached to this Contract.

2.7. The kitten has a chip, accompanied pedigree, which is also attached to this Contract.

2.8. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller provides comprehensive advice and consultations on the items of care, bringing-up, nutrition, breeding and other recommendations concerning cat’s welfare. The Seller, in turn, agrees to provide the Buyer with further recommendations on the kitten.

2.9. Up to the day of departure the kitten is examined by a veterinarian and has got a certificate that he is healthy.

3. Payment transaction

3.1. The total cost of the kitten according to this Contract is U€ ____ (________________€), including _U€ ____ (_____________€) as shipping charges of the kitten to a new place of living. Expenses for the Delivery of the kitten are paid by the Buyer

3.2. A deposit sum (advance payment) of U€ ______ (_____________ euros) must be made. In that case the kitten is considered to be reserved.

3.3. In the case of changing Buyer's plans the deposit (advance payment) will not be refundable. This sum of money will be a compensation to the Seller for house-holding (care and maintenance) of the kitten and lost opportunities in selling the kitten.

3.4. The kitten will be delivered to the Buyer only after paying the whole sum of money U€ (_______________________).
