9) Well-defined business strategy and position on the market

Weaknesses-

 

1) 50 % of invested money would be as a credit from bank

2) Business is available only from May till end of September for our clients

3) Currently low recognition of brand “Eco-Bike”, because it is a new company

4) A lot of competitors

5) Possibility of breakages of bikes (but low)

 

Opportunities-

 

1) High competitive advantage (price)

2) To become the hugest chain of rent-bikes in Moscow

3) Booking bikes through our web-site

4) Many traffic jams. This condition gives a great opportunity for Eco-bike to attract more customers.

5) Support from the state. Government is promoting sport healthy way of life of citizens (Possibilities to decrease the cost of rent of our points)

6) Increase of birth rate in Russia since 2000, that’s why we have large quantity of potential customers
